Stevenson’s has successfully cleaned our white Berber carpet several times and made the clerestory windows sparkle. When they leave, everything looks wonderful. My husband just came home from a lengthy hospital stay and I didn’t want him to sit in a room with wet carpeting, but it needed cleaning badly. I made a mistake by falling for a radio ad for zerorez that said their method is practically dry when the tech leaves. That statement turned out to be very untrue. The carpet took 15 hours to dry and we had beach towels spread all through the walking areas. There were also stains that remained because the tech said they were «permanent». There was also a new stain not there before. I believe it was from some tile sealant spilled by the tech and it didn’t show up until the next day when the carpet had dried a bit. I called Kris Stevenson right away and he came as soon as he could. He completely removed the «permanent» stains and the dark area at the foot of my husband’s chair that the zerorez tech said was «ground-​in dirt» and could not be cleaned. Stevenson’s method left much less water on the carpet and it dried in a few hours, not 15. The white Berber carpet is looking like new again. No spots or stains. No false promises, just Stevenson’s professional workmanship. I learned a good lesson to stay with the company that I KNOW delivers a great result, and one with a solid background in carpet care techniques.

Literally ‘ran’ into these guys (ie, their van), while I was out for a run. I asked for a card because they were in my neighborhood. I called soon after and they came down to my house right after their appointment to give me a quote on my windows & gutters, no strings attached. I scheduled an appointment for both services for the following week. The 2 gentlemen they sent out were extremely professional, and they did an outstanding job on my windows/​screens & gutters. They did a pristine job! The prices are also extremely competitive. About a week after my cleaning, they sent a ‘thank you’ card as a follow up. Now that’s a local company I can get behind.

I purchased a groupon for my two story house, inside and outside. I paid extra when the two employees arrived for cleaning the runners/​tracks, which they needed to be cleaned very badly! They were here about three and half hours and did an amazing job. They are very meticulous, professional, courteous and efficient. They went around at the end to double check every window, do touch ups and make sure all the shades were back to their original positions. So impressed. You will not regret hiring this company, they did a fabulous job!

Wow, I’m super impressed with the level of service and care. Steven and Andy cleaned my tile and windows, and they sparkle. They were very courteous, efficient and I felt very safe with them around. I told them that I have new carpet coming this weekend, and they still wore booties over their shoes. I am a big fan. Definitely a winner. Thanks guys! Glad I found you all!

The grout in my tile turned brown and dirty over time. I called Stevenson’s cleaning through excellent reviews from customers on Unilocal.
I was extremely happy with the results, grout and tile looks new again! Very professional and very reasonable.

We had Kris from Stevenson’s Carpets out a few moths ago. We were very impressed with the professionalism, and timely response to our asking to get our carpets cleaned on such a short notice. I based my decision to use Stevenson’s using three factors: 1) There was at least one positive review on Unilocal; 2) They did upholstery; and 3) They were available on a day that was convenient for me. And wow. I am SO VERY HAPPY that I chose Stevenson’s!
My carpets and large (HUGE) sectional sofa upholstery have not been professionally cleaned in 36 months. In that time frame, my two young sons have made tons of messes and tracked God KNOWS what into our house. Many areas of the carpet (and the sofa as well) had juice & soda stains that turned dark grey over time. The high-​traffic area in our hall was also more of a grey color than anything else. And we had to get the place cleaned up within just a few days in order to prepare for a visit from Grandma!
Enter Kris Stevenson.
Kris came to our house on the ONE DAY that worked for our schedules and painstakingly cleaned our huge sofa, including taking it apart (cleaning in between) and removing what we had long forgotten about underneath and behind it. (Seriously!)
He also cleaned the living room, hall, master bedroom, and our two boys’ rooms, making the carpet look (according to my son) «so pretty and bright and [sniff] clean smelling!»
When he was done he assured us that our house was not the worst that he’s seen (because I was SO EMBARRASSED about its state) and charged us a remarkably fair and affordable price.
By the way, we were unable to meet Kris to let him into the house upon his arrival, so we left him a key under the mat and a note (and check) on the kitchen counter. Kris left the house in remarkable shape and locked everything up before leaving. 100% TRUSTWORTHY.
I cannot say enough about how hour carpets and upholstery look after the amazing work that Kris performed. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends!

I found Stevenson’s through Groupon as they recently ran a great deal — 500 sq yards for $ 68. I have light colored carpets that I have regularly cleaned so I’m no stranger to local carpet care companies.
I expected Stevenson’s to be underwhelmed to do my job because of the great rate I got through Groupon, but I was pleasantly surprised. Kris arrived on time and was professional throughout.
My carpets look great and Kris was mindful of my pets throughout the process. When my carpets are due for another cleaning, I’ll call Stevenson’s — no Groupon required.
