I like the service ok but it gets a bit annoying when they try to sell me things while I am getting my facial done. I just want to relax! A little pushy and aggressive when it comes to selling their additional services!

Excellent location, very helpful staff. Definitely makes you feel at ease and wanna come back to the same business. Accommodating with appointments. This is how a business should operate.

After close to four monthes working on my body. Finally its the time for me to updates the reviews. I totally lost 30lbs in Slim. I am really satisfied with the result. I love their Yoga class and meet with new friends. I also followed. with their special diet menue. The first 10lbs is easy. After that turns more harder. The machince is works great on me. I did 20 sessions of Venus. Lost almost another 15lbs. Hightly recommend Venus treatments plus diet plus Yoga.

I bought a facial package and after my last session the staff are extremely pushy in getting you to buy more. I ended up buying another package and when I try to cancel purchase they gave me the run a round and wouldn’t refund my money. They even ask their attorney to talk to me regarding refunds. To make a long story short I had to use my purchase session or lose my $$.

Finally l finished all the body treatments in three months. I totally lost 30lbs. Of course it had to combine diet and exercise. It’s amazing. I love Ling and Ivy. Without their help I can’t reach my goal. Now I can fit in all my clothes. That’s feels good. I did 20 times Venus and Zerona. It’s the best combination. Now am ready to try out their yoga class. Will updated review later.

I did go back and although they are very friendly, I don’t think the actual procedure worked.
The couple of pounds I lost were water weight. I do not recommend the treatment.

I bought a Groupon here for 1 glycolic peel for $ 49.
The facilities are very clean.
The employees are all über friendly. The women who work the front desk and provide the consultations were genuine, warm, and welcoming.
As an FYI, you will receive a consultation before your treatment to ensure your wants and needs match the treatment you’ll be receiving. I thought mine was very helpful and I didn’t feel pressured into purchasing anything I didn’t want.
The lady who gave me my peel, Candy, was so amazing. We chatted and laughed almost the whole time. The peel lasted about an hour, but that hour flew by wig the Candy. You even get to take a nice little nap while whatever chemicals they put on (I’m a glycolic peel novice) set in, and Candy even gave me a nice little neck massage at the end!

Basically all they want to do is con you into getting a more expensive package for weight loss such as the triaction and then STRONGLY encourage you to keep buying more of their «discounted» package.
I lost more weight by dieting and exercising than this with it in combination. I regret buying these deals and I will never recommended or come back here again for more treatments.

Its been one year since am with MS SLIM already. I totally did 12 times of Venuse Freeze facial. I love Tina so much. She is the best on masage my skin and take care of the fine lines. The deep wrinkles all get lighter especially on my neck .Am so happy with the result! highly recommend to someone try to get ride off the wrinkles. It works great. just need to follow the treatments. Beside the effective of the treatments，the people who working here are so friendly.

I purchased twelve zerona from their groupon deals. This place is nice and clean. the staff their are very friendly people that cater to your every need. the most excited part is my stomach lost 3inches after two treatments. My stomach feels the tighten also. now I will work on my thigh. Highly recommend zerona plus venus.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I’ve been a customer for over 2 yrs already. Done Hydrofacial, Venus Freeze, and now the amazing Diamond Facial… prices are half price less than going to a Beverly Hills spa. This place has the latest equipment and treatments out there. Yes they insist on you getting a package, but honestly had I not done it I wouldn’t know how amazing their treatments are. Now I’m addicted to being pampered by Candy!

I tried this place out with a Groupon special for glycolic peel. Upon arrival, I found out I didn’t need this treatment instead they offered another facial. Initially I wasn’t too impressed as it turned out the exact same facial I have been doing for years but not better. However to my surprise, they offered me another trial for the Diamond Facial for free. The person named Tina who did my diamond facial was very diligent and did quite a good job comparing to my first experience. Overall I feel they do value their customer’s experience and welcome us warmly so if you’re able to negotiate a good package, it’s definitely worth trying.

OVER PRICED AND PUSHY.
I have never been to a place that was so over bearing. After my hour and a half facial of being relaxed, I’m taken into a room where they want me to pay over a grand to join their membership… I think not. I tell them no way and they keep changing plans trying to get me to sign up. It ruins the entire trip there. And I got a hydro facial idk the running price but 200 bucks is kinda ridiculous to me. Also the facial made me break out terribly after… Ugh such a bad experience here.

I had the classic facial which included a nice, relaxing facial massage before and after the entire procedure. She was very professional yet casual enough where you wouldn’t feel uncomfortable with having some stranger touching your face. Personally, I’m a chatterbox most of the time and she’s very good with keeping up a conversation if you so choose to have one! If not, she’s find with that, too. All she really cares about is your relaxation and comfort while you are in her care. The facial itself lasts about 90 minutes and I always leave feeling refreshed and more than satisfied! Thanks to Phoebe, it’s 5 stars all the way!

I was looking for a weight loss location and found this place on groupon. Before purchasing it I decided to walk in to the location to take a look and see what the stuff is like. They convinced me to get a package to lose weight and their service was excellent I was there for the first time today and I look forward on returning and hopefullymy weight-​loss continues. The team did great you with was awesome. I never take the tea that I actually liked this one.

A girl friend recommended me this place for facials, which I was hesitant at first because what guy gets facials? After getting a facial at MS Slim, I retract my previous statement. Because I have been having problem with acne on my face and wanted to have it taken cared of, I gave in a gave it a shot. I started by checking out their website at
and saw that they had a numerous number of treatments for both men and women, many to which I’ve never heard in my life, but good to know that that there are such treatments out there. They also had a seperate location in Irvine.
When I first entered the facility, the receptionist was very sweet and courteous. They offered me tea right when I walked in. I’m the kind of person who has alot of question and they answered all of my questions regarding how the treatment work, and how much treatment would I need. Appointments are easy to make for they are

The facility was very clean. The waiting room and treatment rooms are kept very clean and neat. I particularly liked that because I’m a germaphobe, so i felt comfortable at this place.
So in conclusion, i would highly recommend this place. Staff is wonderful, location is clean, and treatments are worth the price.

I did Hydrate facial in MS-​Slim store. You had to say the stuff there are very nice. I am a questionable person. I asked a lot of questions about the facial. What products they will use on my face, how long it will take and so on. The customer service is very patient and answered all my questions. I feel comfortable to do facial there. I saw the result after doing the first time. My face looks much cleaner than before. But for brightening part, I think I still need to do more times. I give them five stars because the great service.

I went to this place since it was right by my house and it was the most expensive mistake ever! The facials compared to other places are expensive and no different, actually it was bad. I got a basic facial for $ 90+ and she didn’t even take out my blackheads! Now if they don’t do that then it ruins everything since blackheads are what causes acne! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody even if you’re rich.
After the facial was done this Asian girl dressed in a polka dot mini dress, red heels, and ribbion on her hair (looked like a stripper) forced me to buy packages which I didn’t want to! They were so expensive for the crappy facial she did I even told her! Her expressions were like wtf are you doing here then if you’re not gonna buy the package? I said «no» and left. My mom was pissed at me for spending that much money on a crappy facial!
