I was denied rental from here beacuse I am an American citizen valid ID valid credit card with a valid insurance card all under my name. My truck was in the Chevy dealer repair shop and I came here after finding this place on Unilocal the guy spoke Only a couple words of english and when I asked him my car options he tried to give me the car they use to advertise with a huge sign on it. When I asked for another car he said he couldn’t rent to me anymore in very broken english. When I asked why he said his manager wasn’t there? WTF. This place should be closed down horrible customer service.

I had a car reserved with them about a month ahead of a special vacation I was taking. I called one week before I was to leave to change my departure time by one hour the guy who answered the phone said he didn’t have a confirmation of my reservation and was not sure any cars would be available I said I was worried I needed to know for sure. He said, I’ll have to let you know later, so I cancelled. Very poor service because they took my reservation and a week ahead of time they weren’t sure they had a car available! I will never use them again!

Be prepared to spend as much money on insurance as you do on the car for day and if you don’t wash the inside and outside of the car before returning it they will charge you an additional 30 dollars. The employees speak very little English and communication over the phone is extremely difficult. after renting the car they sent us on our way with no paperwork or any proof that we even rented the car. this was the first and last time I will ever use this establishment :/

So I reserved a car online through their website to be picked up this morning at 8am. I show up at 8:05am and the office is CLOSED! WTF?! I waited for 10 minutes and NOTHING. I called them and NOTHING. Left them a voicemail and NEVER HEARD BACK. Their website clearly states that they open at 8am… heck, my reservation clearly stated that I would be able to pick up my car at 8am. I originally walked to their location (2 miles) thinking I could DRIVE myself from there but I had to walk another 2 miles to the nearest car rental place. I was late for work because of all of this… THANKS A LOT V&O CAR RENTALS! I will never EVER attempt to rent a car from you again. I am very disappointed in your services… I’ll stick with Enterprise since I know they are actually open when they say they will be.

Very good service. My car is in the body shop for a week so I needed a good car rental. They helped me with my first rental car with quick and easy service and even helped me extend the rental for another day because my car wasn’t ready. The rental car I got was clean and very good on gas. Really happy I came here!

Love this place! This is by far the best car rental place I’ve ever gone to. I rent a civic from them last week and it just had almost 2000 miles. Their price is good too! I’ve ask other car rental car rental company like hxxxx and the price is almost double: o Highly recommend!

I came to their office to rent a car several days ago. Actually I made a call reservation one day before. Their staff are super nice and speak very good Chinese. And the price is very reasonable .Also, It is very close to my place, super convenient.

Great staff, everyone here is friendly. I got an amazing deal for a family friend that was in town visiting, there are varieties of cars to choose from and it was convenient of V&O to be able to provide my family friends with a ride to LAX on their returning flight. They just require that you lease the car for over a week to qualify for free shuttle service. It’s a small business and I much prefer that because they’re more attention to detail with things. DEFINTELY RECCOMMEND getting a RENTAL from here !! Way Cheaper than Enterprise including insurance.
