Off the chart! I spoke to Hannah about my interest in an investing property 23^rd of September. She got into gear and introduced an exceptional agent, Kelly, for my interest. Guess what! The loan was funded on the 29^th of the following month. Not to mention that I did not know what I really want as this is my first real estate investment. Took 2 weeks to locate the property, Kelly patiently explained pros and cons for each and never rushed me to decision.
They are not only efficient and experienced, they are considering and caring, too. They watch for pit falls and ways to save time and money along the way. No need to elaborate on each and single one…
I got useful tip and advice on the rental listing. Tenant moved in weeks ago. Hannah and Kelly made my investment quick and easy. Many thanks to their assistance.

Seems as if I was wrong about this place and especially Jessica. She did give us promises that were broken, but the process is just that. She guaranteed success and that’s what we got. It was a struggle and there were some setbacks, but ultimately she got us the loan and we didn’t lose the money to escrow. Patience is key to trying to get a loan and you just gotta trust your loan officer, even if there are some serious problems that we encounter along the way.
She provided great service even through all the problems. We were quite angry with all the problems, but she kept her cool and worked at getting us the loan.

Hannah Lin is an AMAZING loan officer. We closed the house in 2.5 weeks from offer acceptance and Hannah went above and beyond to get the house to us asap. We did run into a few hiccups where she wasn’t able to lock our rate because the rate went up a little after we hung up the phone. I asked her to help me get the house before a certain weekend and she was able to deliver that. She is honest and super on top of her game and she aims to make her clients happy. I was able to get an appraisal the very next day of offer acceptance which my agent said is unheard of and she moved VERY quickly to get everything done. If I ever need to refi I will def be using her again and referring her to all my friends and family.
