Wish I could give zero stars. There are some nice ladies working here but there are a couple of nasty ones. I’ve been here twice, experience was decent. Third time I came in when work was light. they noticed but ignored me. After sitting for a good 20 minutes one of the ladies finally asked if someone’s helped. I said no and everything went to shit from there.
They threw me around between three different ladies just for a mani. I can’t remember the name of the really nasty one, but she was really rough with my hands. Even cut my cuticle really deep and I noticed I was bleeding afterwards. I think she did it purposefully because one of the older ladies working on me didn’t know how to do the ombré I picked out.
After a good 40 minutes of failure she called over the nasty one and she gave me the worst attitude ever. It only took the nasty lady 10 minutes to do the ombré.
I’d thought I found a good nail salon but I’m never coming back after the way they treated me. From all the trouble and bad exp I still paid the $ 25 for gel mani. Grudgingly. Fck this place. The energy sucks.

Service is great and the price is reasonable. They have a wide range of gel colors and designs. It’s worth my drive from Fullerton to City of Industry to get gel manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow threading.

If I could leave zero stars, I would have! Terrible service, ladies are extremely rude, owner doesn’t care if work is done right, just wants his money. I got a simple mani/​Pedi, I had to ask several times for manicurist to fix spots she blatantly missed, each time she would get mad and mutter under her breathe. Was my first and last time there! Very disappointed, next time I will spend my money where the customer is appreciated, and they take pride in their work.

For a salon located inside the Puente Hills Mall, the prices are very reasonable. I came here with my friend to get gel nails and I paid $ 20 for a single color, without any designs. The lady who helped me was fast and efficient. I really liked the color I picked out and they seem to offer a wide selection of nail polish colors. However, my gel nails only lasted for week. Because my job requires frequent hand washing, I think that might be the reason why it didn’t last as long for me.
My friend got gel nails as well but asked for a simple design of horizontal stripes and hearts. I don’t think her technician did designs often because she was struggling with it. At the end, my friend got horizontal stripes and they charged an additional $ 5. Kinda pricey. Overall, I was pleased with my nails but I can’t say the same for my friend.

I took my little sister to get eyelash extensions and besides the very long wait of about 20 minutes sitting in the back room waiting for the technician to get started, the finished product was very poor. My sister has very curly lashes so we asked for a short natural style, the technician recommended adding longer lashes to the corner to «make her look sexy» (having just turned 18 I told her no) then the woman proceeded to convince by saying the extra length makes it look «more natural». This statement would prove to be false! Not only did the extra length make her look much less natural but the lash extensions were applied very far from the base of her lid so you could see where they were bonded to her actual EYELASHES. When I complained to the «manager/​owner» she attempted to tell me they looked «beautiful» and that I was wrong. After much back and forth, despite my constant insistence that they just be removed, (although she insisted I pay full price) she finally agreed to remove them for a fee. The technician then had an attitude and was ON THE PHONE durning the removal, even after I inquired about their cell phone policy. I would NEVER return to this salon ever. Such a terrible experience. (ALSO the other services are over priced, there is a cheaper more pleasant spa downstairs)

I have been to this salon twice… the first time I would give it 4 stars but since then service has dramatically declined. I got a gel mani and pedi and it hurt so bad. An old woman did my nails and I told her I wanted them round… she didn’t speak much English and she just kept clipping and clipping until they were so short! Then she worked on my cuticles and 3 of my nails were bleeding. She kept saying sorry sorry but then would cut me again. Long story short I got to the end and my nails had bubbles all over them and looked terrible but I didn’t have the time to get them fixed, so I left with crappy nails and a sub par pedicure.

So sad and disappointed I got a mani and pedi and after three days my nail polish cracked off and to top it off the lady who did my mani did such a horrible job that it hurt to even tip her the $ 2.00 I simply felt obligated since she did polish my nails. I will not return or recommend anyone to come here.

I think this place is great! I always come here to get my gel nails, and their selection is amazing! I’ve never seen a nail salon with a bigger nail color selection than this one! The ladies are sweet and the price is reasonable. This is my to go salon.

I came in on July 4^th for a Pedi and I did not expect it to be so busy ! I was really surprised I was seated within 5 minutes upon entering the store, so that was pretty awesome.
However, the nail technician I had, was working on me and another client simultaneously which meant, waiting 10 – 15 mins as she switched from me to another lady. The thing I noticed was, she used the same gloves on the both of us… GROSS.
At this point I was just annoyed. I understood it was crazy busy, but I would not have minded waiting for a tech that could give me my pedi from start to finish without having me wait. About an 1:30 mins later, she had finished my pedicure, and when she told me the price I was baffled. It was about $ 30. including a callous removal that was an additional charge. She did not tell me this!!!
I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon. Its way too pricey for the quality of work and customer service they offer.

I am very very happy with my nails that were done by Kim. I let her know that my nails were weak and I just wanted an overlay and shaped evenly and she did just that.
She wasn’t talkative through out the session but she got the job done just right ! I didn’t like the vibe of the place I feel like the location is not sanitary, it just seems like they aren’t clean. This was my first impression I will be going back for a full with Kim and see how the second session goes.

I can’t be too descriptive but I am still horrified from last night’s experience.
I had a Brazilian wax emergency. So had to find a spot that was near and opens late.
This location had the service and I just went with it hoping for … the very basic.
Holy shit, none of the staffs here speaks English. I nearly thought about calling my Vietnamese friend to translate.
I called ahead and made sure they do B wax as part of their service, went in —
Had to say Brazilian wax like ten times cause even after entering the room, the lady was like «eyebrows“s? I had to point down south.
They are not equipped for such service. I swear, this lady has only done brows before.
My usual girl finishes work in about 15 mins or less, this lady did not wear gloves, (EWWWWW!!!) touched me in places no stranger should for good 45 mins.
And this is TMI but the result was… let’s just say it was unfinished business.
I walked out wanting to cry,
this lady charged me $ 40.00. At this point I didn’t care about the money just wanted to get out of there and weep.
What the fuck lady? I think you really should take that service OFF your menu.
You have scarred me for life.

Worst salon experience ever.
My usual manicurist was out of town and I desperately needed a fill. I decided to go to this salon because I was already at the mall with my mom and sister-​in law. After being told to pick a color, they sat us down at their stations. My mom and sister-​in law were attended to right away, but I was told to sit at a station that had a pile of towels on the chair, not super professional but I didn’t think much of it after someone came to move them. I sat down and waited at least five minutes before another manicurist assured me that I would be helped soon.
Not only did I wait too long without someone helping me, I saw the guy who i assumed was going to do my fill took another client even though I had been waiting the whole time. He finished with her quickly and finally got to me. He was honestly mediocre. Not only did I have to wait, but I was very unhappy with how he shaped them even though I asked for a point. I asked him to file them more, but he still kept trying to make them almond shape? At that point I had given up and just wanted to get my fill over with. I went to wash my hands and when I came back my stuff had been moved to a different station and the guy had started on a whole other client! He wasn’t even done with my nails and he started on a new client. I was so frustrated with waiting that I got up to pay and leave. I’m not usually the kind of person that leaves when I’m not satisfied, but their service was so shitty that I was so over it. Ultimately, Kim offered to fix my nails. Unfortunately she was in such a rush to fix them that she made them way too pointy and didn’t take the time to properly shape them. She was standing and filing my nails! My nails are now too short, too pointy, and all bumpy and full of ridges. Very unhappy with their horrible service.
tldr: They have horrible service and apparently don’t know how to communicate with their customers that they’re about to wait way too long. Never going back.

the only reason they get 2 stars is because they were open past 7pm on a Sunday and the salon was clean.
i came to get a gel manicure. they were
i go to pick the color, she asked if i wanted a pedicure, im like sure, my feet was in need of a pedi. so i picked the gel color and proceeded to sit in a seat and soak my feet. i forgot to pick the color for my toes, so i kindly asked the nail tech to pick a color off the wall to match the gel color. so im the chair or whatever and this other nail tech comes over to work on my fingers. this one was way too pushy. she kept asking if i wanted to add this or that and im like nahhhh. she kept saying i will give you a discount. anywho i declined. i was in a time crunch. i actually had to leave and come back, which i appreciate them letting me dip out. i had to pay for before i left which was not a problem. i assumed she included the extra charge to to get the gel color on my toes.
so i came back about 15 mins later and we continue with my services. she is like you want to add on gel polish for your toes and im like bisshhh whet, i thought i paid for that already. she said no and asked me again, i said no, i already paid for this ishhh. she then had to the nerve to say, well you can pay again. i politely declined again.
needless to say, i wont be back. i get the whole upselling thing but to ask over and over again if i want to add something is annoying. she also offered a one dollar discount. what a joke … offering a dollar off is not a discount sweetheart

Nail salon inside puente hills mall on the second floor. They are open until quite late at night (9pm, all others close at 6 or 8 at most).
In the beginning Jerry took care of me. He was very careful removing my gel polish. I asked for color in just the tips but he did the whole nail. Not to blame him, he was very nice and maybe misunderstood. But Tim walked by and saw the mistake and immediately corrected it making a fade out. She was very quick too! Looked so easy to make… She did a great job!
They have tons of colors, and my gel mani was $ 25 (if it’s just one color it’s $ 20). I saw the owner immediately give the tip to Jerry when I paid with card, that made me very happy! They didn’t charge for removing my previous mani and also they didn’t seem to charge for designs.
I noticed that the pedicure seats are massage seats. I will definitely try this next time.
No appointment needed. But I went pretty late at night, maybe you would need an appointment if you go during busy times.

I used to go here for my Brazilian wax with Kim. Before I found out that she moved to STONEWOOD shopping center, they tried to play it off as though she was still around. They have another Kim working there but not Kim the ninja queen. My friend got waxed here and they tortured her. She left burnt and bruised! There is nobody better than Kim at STONEWOOD, I make the drive every two months and it’s worth it!

$ 50 bucks down the Drain! Got some fancy nails with rhinestones… but then a week later they started popping off. The acrylic was not filed down properly. A man started working on my nails, shortining my nail bed, So I had to stop him and correct him. Nails where uneven… Then the Owner (Kim) came and took over… Not paying attention answerng the phones, getting up… HORRIBLE! Bottom Line My Nails Popped off a week later… NEVER COMING BACK!

Don’t go here. Over priced and they SUCK. The guy that did my nails first of all made the crooked.. and he used too much acrylic powder and made my nails look fat and ugly. Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE.

I was at the mall and decided to get my nails done. If I wasn’t so darned cute I’d kick my own ass!!! Don’t get me wrong I was greeted as soon as I walked in, I wanted a full set… I sat down n within 5 minutes I was given a water bottle (very thoughtful) however the nails where very thick which I thought she would file them down… Then she started putting on nail polish. I stated the nails where too thick n she’s said «no they look nice» I looked at the nails n it was the worst full set I had ever gotten! She charged me $ 40
I have ugly fat nails which make my fingers look fatter. Very unsatisfied.

I decided to get my toes pampered a bit, I felt their services are priced a bit high.
I understand this is a mall location and the prices do range higher but for $ 16 for a basic spa pedi, NOT TO mention the extra $ 10 I paid for gel polish b/​c she assured me it will last up to a month!
Her massage was good but was literally 10 seconds long.

And after i left the salon, I was sitting and doing my work when suddenly I smelled urine. I was like wtf is that smell!!!
I Definitely KNEW it was NOT me.
I knew it wasn’t the trash bin. (I even moved the bin to the other side of the room)
YET, still smelled it…
I even sprayed an air freshener and it still reeked.
I was so confused. then I realized the only thing that changed was that I got my feet done. SO I smelled my legs and they fukn reeked of URINE!!!
I don’t know if it was the lotion she used or the towel.
I wasn’t home so I had to sanitize my legs 2x with Bath and body works sani.
and it still reeked!
I never left a place smelling so bad!!! unless it was the gym, but still i NEVER SMELL. BAD!
May was the woman that did my pedicure, she did a good job making my toes look nice n clean, but she can improve the length of her massage and they should change the towels or bleach them!!!
Oh and I saw some ladies getting their lash extensions done, cluster style set for $ 30.00 they were nice for cluster type lashes from where my stand point.

lets just say I will never go back again. WORST experience of my life and just me alone was $ 61 for a manicure and pedicure and I had acrylics on my manicure. these people are rude as hell!
