I definitely recommend going here if your phone needs a new battery or accessories or anything. Anthony is great what he does and is definitely fair priced! I would definitely return but I hope my phone does not filter on me again. He is a very funny gentleman and a very good businessman and does good work. All iPhone and android users definitely go see him!

Took in an iPhone they was very cracked and also bent and he fixed it looking new again. An extremely nice guy and very professional. High quality repair quickly at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for.

Best Ipad repair! When I was on a family vacation, the screen on my ipad broke. There was no Apple store near and if I shipped it to apple, I would have been a week and $ 300. I took it to a electronic store in Oklahoma City and they replaced the glass for $ 139 in 24 hours. BUT, several hours after picking it up, the screen detached and the camera lens was off center. I had come back home and did have the the patience to send it back. I took it to the Apple store and they said they would not touch it as someone other than Apple worked on it. :-((boo hoo Apple.
I took my ipad to Itoys, right down the street from Apple, and they fixed everything perfectly. They were VERY reasonably priced, super kind and understanding to work with and I got my ipad back the next day. SUPER IMPRESSIVE. Any electronics repairs that I have in the future Itoyz is on my speed dial.

Ordered a replacement glass from Amazon and took my iPhone 6 to the store. I was told it may not work and would I authorize $ 109 for their part just in case. When I returned, they advised my part worked fine and only charged $ 50ish when they easily could have even dishonest and gotten me for the $ 109 plus tax! I was very happy and phone works great!

I’ve used these guys twice. Both times they made getting my screen replaced on my iPhone 5s painless. The quality was great. Service excellent. First time I waited only about an hour due to a few customers being there before me. I had an appointment the second time and he squeezed me in and got it done in about 15 minutes. Price came down a bit since the first time I did it and was about the lowest I was aware of in town. Highly recommend.

last time i was there i was a little annoyed with the service I have a teenager who broke her screens a lot. I think I was there so much I was paying this guys rent singlehandedly Not really but it felt that way. Maybe he was having a bad day or something but iphone repair places are a dime o dozen so might want to be nice to the nice repeat customer.

I brought in two mini iPads for repair and Tony was very professional and took the time to explain the problems that were basically catastrophic with my two mini iPads. They were beyond his repair abilities due to motherboard and soldering the pins to the motherboard. So instead of attempting to repair a risky endeavor he decided to take pictures of the problem to show and explain to me the problems. Then to top it off he did not charge me the $ 40 each for the diagnostic of the mini iPads. Totally unexpected. This small gesture will earn my business again because this is a business that I felt was above board and honest. Repeat business is the lifeblood of any business and Tony definitely realizes that. He has earned mine. Thank you Tony.

Very happy with the service here, had a shattered iPhone 5 screen; I called around and found the price here was the best in town, and they offer a warranty. Tony fixed it right up without an appointment. Had a mistake on my bill, texted Tony, and he fixed it, after hours, within 5 minutes. Lots of shops can fix an iPhone screen, not many would go that far above and beyond the keep a customer satisfied, thanks!

Tony at iToyz and Androidz was AWESOME! Most the other local phone repair places like Yakety Yak would not even look at my LG G3 because they were afraid to work on it due to how new the phone is and the parts were too expensive. Tony allowed me to buy my own replacment screen/​digitizer and bring it in. He had it installed perfectly within hours for a very reasonable price! I called just about every place in Sacramento/​Rocklin area this place is the best!

Took our ipad in for damage repairs inflicted by our four year old. The repair only took a couple hours and the new screen looks flawless! He even smoothed out same of the scuffed edges. I would hope I don’t have to bring many more broken devices in for repair, but I’ll take them here every time if I need to.

I had an iPhone 4 that had a screen that wouldn’t turn on. I suspected something was loose inside, but I had no screwdriver to open it up. Since the phone isn’t worth much anymore, I called Tony to see if he sold screwdrivers since he sells repair kits. He didn’t, but he said he was more than happy to check it out for free. If it was just a simple loose connector, he wouldn’t even charge but if it was something more, he’d give me a free quote to fix it as well. I took it down and in just a few minutes, he had it fixed. It was just a loose connector.
Tony is totally upfront and easy to work with. Just from the fact that he’ll fix simple things for free shows you what a good guy you’re dealing with. I could tell he knew what he was doing as he fixed my phone too.
So, if you’ve got a phone problem, don’t hesitate. Just call him or stop on by the store (next to Cool River Pizza). He’ll treat you right. I’m going back the next time I’m clumsy enough to break my phone.

This place is a much better alternative then going to Best Buy or any retailer (Sprint Store, etc.). They are up front about their prices, and provide free diagnostics from time to time. They do quality work and they do so in a timely manner. Avoid the headache of going to big box stores and getting taken to the cleaners with hidden fees and whatnot.

Excellent job on my iPad Air. I had called around all over town and this was the best price I could find. This is a great small local business that had really quick turnaround for me. My iPad Air is back and looking great. I would come back again.

Brought an iPad mini here for repair of the front glass that cracked. I needed the iPad back ASAP so I called around to a place that had the parts and could repair it the same day. The owner of the store promised he could get it done in 2 – 3 hours.
Brought it in around 1pm on Wednesday. Expecting to be able to pick it up the same day. After not hearing anything all day I called the store and was told that while making the repair they cracked the LCD panel and had to order a new one. Accidents do happen, so no big deal. But the first red flag with this place is the lack of communication. The owner should have called as soon as it happened to keep me updated.
So then he ordered a LCD to replace the cracked one. Even though I told him it was a retina iPad mini he ordered the non-​retina LCD. So he had to reorder the part, which took several days to get. Long story short it is now the following Tuesday and it’s finally done. The whole time I had to be the one to call to get a status (they should have kept me updated).
The cherry on top of the whole experience was when I picked the ipad up he made a point of showing me how much it cost him to replace the LCD which is of no concern to me since he broke it. And had the nerve to offer me a discount the next time I come in. Like there will be a next time. If he really wanted future business from me he should have giving me a discount this time.

Friggin’ awesome place! Brought my iPhone 4s in with a shattered screen w/​o an appt. The owner accepted w/​o hesitation. He even gave me the special price of $ 69.95. I went to eat breakfast at Four Sisters and when I returned, the phone was ready and looked like new. Professionally done with outstanding results. Highly recommended!

This is my second time going to iToyz with a damaged phone.
The first visit was after my 2 year old grabbed my phone and threw it out of the car window. The screen was completely smashed. iToyz repaired it quickly and for a reasonable price.
Just recently, I dropped my phone on the floor — and the screen went dead. The owner looked at the phone, quickly opened it on the spot, found the problem and fixed it — right on the spot for a very reasonable price.
Solid store. I’d like to say I’ll never be back — but as long as I have an iPhone, and a crazy life, I’m sure there is a better than average chance I’ll be back.
At least getting it fixed here isn’t as traumatic as breaking your phone in the first place!!!

I took my phone into southsac wireless and had them replace the screen-​the next day the screen crapped out on me and I took it back to him. he didn’t even look at it. he just said that it was liquid damage and he couldn’t do anything for it. I brought it to itoyz and tony opened it up and noticed that the connector was loose. took him about a minute and he didn’t even charge me. really nice guy. best customer service I’ve ever received from a tech. I would definitely refer everyone I know to him. saved me a ton of money

My man Mr. Tony fixed my I Phone. It spent 10 minutes in 102 degree jacuzzi. He sprinkled his pixie dust and turnaround time was 8 hours. One word, GURU!
Will continue to do business with his company. Phone problems, forget the rest, go see the best, Mr. Tony!
