if you need new construction windows I might say think twice. I will say that when the salesman Mason came out he seemed very friendly he showed us two windows was brief and not to much detail about either we picked based more on look than information.
When we realized that retrofit windows may not be possible and we might have to d new construction another visit this time Mason the salesman with Jason the owner and Bruno who does stucco. Jason was also very nice the customer service were still there but as we stated to walk and look at the windows it seemed more like the stucco man was schooling the owner Jason on what would need to be done. I was a bit concerned I did ask if he had ever done a job this big as I did have 20 windows to replace and new construction was what we thought was needed plus to re-​stucco the home after. He was honest when he said no but that he was confident thy could. I appreciated the honesty.
However when the stucco man Bruno stuck a crowbar in-​between the window and stucco to see what he could behind the window I was shocked. He actually created a crack between the wall inside and the window. You could now actually jiggle the window when my husband came home and saw what had gone on. I was told they would need to remove a few of the windows to really know how to move forward. Completely agree But then why cause more possible damage with the crowbar just remove the windows. There was no attempt to place any sealant in the area they pulled back? Upsetting
I was then actually surprised to hear that it would be the stucco man Bruno removing the windows t se how to move forward although the owner Jason, salesman Mason and the actual window installer would all be present again that seemed odd. Why was not the window company removing the window why was not the window installer taking it out for everyone to inspect.
I was then called a few days later and told I would pay another man a check directly in his name $ 250 to see what they needed to do. Why am I not paying a company where is my protection if the further damage my window or home. I finally did ask what the name was of the other stucco company and did not hear back until the day of the next appointment. But yet I got a call back in just minutes when I said I would need the name for the payment as I would need to get a cashiers check from my bank since I had no personal checks.
So after all this my husband and I were a bit concerned about them being able to handle the job there knowledge and how this all seemed to be handled I did attempt to call Jason one more time but only heard back from Mason. As we decided it was in our best interest to get a second company out to give there opinion. That did not sit well with Mason.
When I explained that before they came out again and did anything I was getting another quote and inspection first. He was upset reminded me a bit like a child he said «Well I was calling to give you the name of the stucco company but I guess that’s a waste of time now» «I guess I will call everyone and tell them you cancelled» In my opinion he took himself and his company off the job. I never stated we would not use them simply shared my concerns… which he in no way tried to clear up. Instead he took his ball and went home. With a company with such good reviews I would think they would have addressed my concerns explained why they were doing things the way they were and even said great get your other quote I am confident that you will see we will be the best company to work with… but nope just a complaint about having to call 3 people who’s numbers didn’t have to cancel and that was that. so was I disappointed yes. But when the new company came out they were very professional I might add they didn’t even charge me to remove the window to see but I would have paid if asked and the owner and the installer where the men who removed the windows and sealed the perfect after the inspection. The windows are actually 1 grade better than the others. A very nice man from a stucco company came out who works with them and gave me his quote all went great and in the end we signed with them and was very pleased to this point. I didn’t want to be rude so I didn’t post the name of the other company but if you like look my name up to see all my reviews as I will be posting a review on the job they did in a 3 to 4 weeks once everything is complete.

My problem was that I needed a new sliding glass door for my property in Scripps Ranch, but here I am in Arizona! After checking Unilocal,I called JWG on the Thanksgiving Eve, 2015 and spoke with installer Mike. Mike said… hey no problem, the company is 5 minutes away from my condo, and he went out there to take measurements. After the holiday, I spoke with Jason Gage, the owner to sort out all the details and costs. I had received two other bids from my property managers, but reviews on those companies were mixed, and their quotes much higher. Jason assured me that my energy efficiency and security objectives would be met. The original builder’s door would not lock correctly, and did not shut square. JWG made those problems disappear 5 weeks after placing my order. Kudos once again go to the installer Mike. He sent me many high quality before and after photos as I had requested. Mike even went above and beyond to adjust the vertical blinds so they did not rub on the new door casing. JWG scores high on communication, keeping to delivery and installation timelines, excellent quality hardware and top notch installation. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I had Mike from JWG come out and give us a quote for our whole house after receiving 2 other bids. Mike was prompt, friendly, and professional. We chose JWG to install 27 windows and 3 patio doors on our house after deciding that Anlin windows were a better window for us over Simonton or Milgard. JWG also provided a great price and friendly service.
The GOOD: We love our Anlin windows and the install crew was very friendly. Price was excellent.
The BAD: When JWG came to install the windows two of the specialty windows were the wrong shape (square versus half round). They had to order the windows which took 4 more weeks to get and install. The 3 patio doors were ordered with upgraded satin nickel handles but those were left off the original install and it took 2 more visits to get them installed. Although the owner Jason and his crew were very friendly and easy to work with not once during the extended process was their a «sorry» for the errors made.
The Conclusion: Again we love the Anlin windows, Mike with sales and Jason the owner were friendly and prompt, the crew was fast and friendly, and although we had unnecessary delays we would still use them again personally. Hopefully JWG will review the errors and delays with our project to correct it for future clients.

It was a pleasure to do business with JWG Windows & Doors Inc. Mike was very informative about every aspect of the windows and really knew a lot about them. Jason (the owner) was very professional and accommodating. I had to postpone installation of the windows because it rained the two days that I was suppose to have them installed. Then the holidays came along during this timeframe. Jason not only rescheduled the installation in a timely manner but promised that he would have his whole crew do the job in one day. That’s exactly what happened. The installers were pleasant and friendly and did a beautiful job. I am so very happy with my new windows and sliding doors. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace their current windows and sliding glass doors. I met the installers at my daughter’s home in Mira Mesa while they were installing windows there and liked them immediately. I didn’t look any other place to find a company to install my windows. I’m glad I didn’t. Great job guys.

This company was recommended by a friend who had his town house retrofitted by Jason and JWG. From the first phone call, Jason was prompt and very clear on all options and quotes. I hoped that this would translate into a well trained and professional crew. It did. They were on time and even moved the install up a few days. I am going to re-​drywall our family room so the installers left me some extra seal strips and even cut around all fittings so I can replace that with ease without disrupting the newly installed windows. That’s great communication right there and a willingness to help the home owner out. The crew was excellent, quick and very respectful from top to bottom. Our house looks great with the new windows. We will have them out for other jobs in the future.

Mike came and gave an estimate, seemed like a very nice guy. Arrived on time and answered all my questions. Waiting on a few other estimates before we decide.

Such a great experience with Jason, Mike and Greg at JWG Windows! The owner of the company, Jason, came by to give us a quote. During his presentation Jason was very informative and answered all of our questions. After we decided to go with JWG Jason stayed in contact with us and everything was delivered and completed in the time frame given.

The owner Jason is very professional and a great guy, he really knows his windows. Romualdo, Mike & Shane were the guys that came on time to replace my old windows. They did an awesome job and they were finished installing my whole house which consists of 10 windows, slider & fixed panel window in one day. JWG continues to give me reasons to be happy with them — Absolutely amazing customer service even 6 months AFTER installation. After having our windows installed, we had to, unexpectedly, get our foundation repaired. After the foundation work was done, 2 windows no longer closed all the way. I called Jason and he had the installation team come out to take a look. They would have to pop out and reset those windows, so they scheduled a time to come out at no charge to fix those 2 windows. Now, everything is better than ever and I’m so happy we chose to work with JWG!

Whenever I prepare to get work done on the house, I always get 3 quotes from 3 different companies.
Mike from JWG Windows & Doors came by to give me an estimate. He was friendly and very informative. I had lots of questions about the various ratings and how much heat the dual pane windows would block and he was patient and answered them all. The materials that I got from JWG are high quality, especially when you look closely at some of the other manufacturers. Their price was much better than the other 2 quotes that I had.
The installers arrived on time and finished in record time. They arrived at 8am and had all 6 windows and the sliding glass door removed in 30 minutes. They had all the new windows in 1 – 1.5 hours. Then they did all the seal around the windows, finished up the sliding glass door, and cleaned all the glass inside and out. They also made sure to clean up the areas where they worked, which I really appreciated. I believe the entire job from start to finish took 3.5 hours. Mike and the installers were friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend based on quality, price, and a great overall experience!

These guys are a great local owned company. I needed 2 windows replaced. The other companies I called had a 4 window minimum. Their prices are very resonable and the product quality is great. Mike the sales guy was very friendly and professional. Jason the actual window guy was able to order parts for my window instead of replacing it entirely which saved $$. Great overall service and product. No need to go anywhere else if you need windows.

6 years ago we received bids from other window installers to replace our old, heavy 8×8 patio door.
JWG came out last year and and gave us a lower quote for a much much better product. No gimmicks, low pressure. Very small token deposit upfront, rest payable after install. Very knowledgable about their product line. I had 3 other bids lined up that week, but was satisfied with the product, service and price so cancelled them all. Why spend 6 hours with sales people if you don’t need to? Time is money.
Installers came on time, very professional, courteous and clean. They replaced all the trim work with a much nicer one as well.
After install, I signed papers and was told to just call the office and make payment later! Usually these guys want 50% upfront and demand rest on install.
I will call them out to replace my windows next year. I’m sure there are cheaper windows and installers out there, but these guys are genuine, and live locally and provide great service and products.

I was extremely happy with every part of the process provided by JWG.
I had meetings with and gotten quotes from a few of the other more known companies on Unilocal and JWG knocked them out of the park with their professional, honest and quality service.
Jason came out to meet with me. He was punctual and had samples for me to see. He explained all about windows and there are only a few basic companies with different names on them. I got a somewhat standard window but I wanted the beige with a minimal profile. Well that’s what I got.
We set our appointment, 2 guys from his company came out and within ²⁄₃ to ¾ of the day I had my 6 windows replaced — 3 of which were approximately 5′ x 6′ on a top floor.
I had been having some other work done on my house at the same time and the windows were the easiest and the most positive experience I had. (Except the fence was perfect too — San Diego Fence)
I love my new windows.

These guys do quality work. I solicited four bids and eventually went with JWG due to their competitive pricing, solid Unilocal reviews, and excellent warranty. The salesman was also very informative and knowledgeable, but was not very timely in responding to my inquiries. Since I was out of town and not able to be present during the installation I needed to coordinate details with him and it was always more of a chore than It should have been in getting a response.
That said, when I did see the work I was very pleased. The windows function and look great!

It has been about a month since we had our new windows and sliding glass door installed by JWG Windows and we are very happy with the results.
Mike came over and gave a great presentation that was very casual and low pressure. His estimate was also the lowest of the four companies we brought in for bidding. I especially liked the fact that we were getting the best guarantees possible with an in-​house installation team. I felt very comfortable giving them my business.
Installation day came very quickly and the three man team was amazing. They gave a courtesy call the morning of installation and showed up right on time. We were told to expect one day installation but they were done by 2:30 PM including the clean up which left our house looking great.
Since that time we have had a couple cold nights and some warm days and the house is maintaining temperature better than I could have imagined. The new windows also significantly reduced the street noise. Why did I wait so long to do this?
If you are thinking of getting new windows I highly recommend that you include them in the bidding process. I am sure you will be impressed by the professionalism, speed, and quality of their work.

Just had JWG install replacement windows for our upstairs. This is a local home-​grown business that doesn’t subcontract out its sales or installations, and it shows throughout the process.
1. The sales was low-​pressure, but high on providing good recommendations and accommodating our needs and goals.
2. The owner, Jason, is passionate about his business and came out to do final measurements to make sure everything would be a good fit.
3. The installers were extremely professional, efficient, and clean in their work.
4. We now have these beautiful Simonton windows, manufactured right here in California, and at a fantastic price.
