My name is Traci Klena and I have worked in the real estate industry since April 2005. I enjoy helping my clients with their residential real estate needs, whether they are buying, selling, or investing in the market.

I served as a buyer’s agent for 3+ years on a top-​producing team and loved to help my clients find their next home, negotiate the contract, and bring them to a successful close. I do my best to make the process fun and stress-​free for my clients.

With over 5 years of real estate assistant experience, I have dedicated myself to being organized, efficient, and thorough in my business. This ultimately benefits my clients, as well as all other parties involved in the transaction in creating a smooth and seamless experience.

Established in 2010.

In 2010, I obtained my real estate license after working as a real estate assistant to a top-​producing team for over 5 years. Regardless of the ups and downs of the market, I love this profession more with each client I meet.

My goal has always been to educate my clients about the process and lay it out for them from the beginning so we can do our best to avoid surprises along the way. I strongly believe that knowledge is power and communication is key. It is important that my clients know they can trust me and depend on me throughout their home buying or selling experience.

Business Owner

I have lived, worked, and played in the Portland Metro area my whole life. I love that the beach, mountain or desert are only a few hours from the city. I enjoy hiking, biking, and camping. My favorite local vacation spot is Bend, Oregon where I can visit family, hike the buttes, and float the river all in one trip.

I currently live in Beaverton, the town I grew up in. I have the sweetest pup in the world named Otis. I love cooking any chance I get, as well as reading a good memoir or inspirational book. The outdoors is where I try to spend my time – with so many trails and parks all over the area, it’s an easy thing to do! My new goal is to try lots of new local restaurants all over Portland since there are so many great ones around.
