Business Owner

Derek earned a bachelors of Architecture in 2010 and combines that with 15 years of experience from building construction, maintenance, property management and inspection.

He stays updated on the building trades with continuing education and adheres to the Standards of Practice set forth by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) as part of his commitment to providing a high-​quality, honest, educational inspection.

As sole proprietor of Sigman Home Inspection LLC, Derek thrives off the freedom and challenge of providing an independent service and continuing customer satisfaction.
