Talked to Doug late this am… needing a table top asap! others quoted over 100 $ and take 4 days. picked up custom cut table top within 3 hours and was a lot cheaper than anyone i spoke to ! very nice gentleman great biz. off street parking doesnt get any better. we had dinner on our table tonight, thank you so much Doug. if you are looking for honest reasonable and friendly service this is the place for your windows, glass repair and table tops.

Doug is the consummate professional. I needed a double pane window replaced as it was fogging up and I contacted Atlas Glass to see if they could help me. After talking to Doug, I removed the window and took it to his shop. Upon measuring the window, he advised me of the price options. He had to order the window and it was in his shop two days later. In my case, the turn around time was quick, the service was outstanding and the advice from Doug about the window and the balances was spot on. A few additional points I’d like to make here, Doug is a one person operation, keep that in mind when you’re calling him. Also, in reference to the two one star reviews, notice that neither reviewer actually used Doug’s services. That said, I highly recommend Atlas Glass Company!!!

I finally got around to starting my Unilocal account and, for a year, Atlas Glass has been on my «must-​review» list.
Atlas cut a glass table top for me last summer. I called and asked some questions, the gentleman was very helpful. The top was cut within two days.
The owner, at least I think he is the owner, was professional and very courteous. He carried the top out to my car (I was carrying my baby at the time) and I was on my way. We are glad that we went with Atlas!

I have had several glass table tops cut by Doug at Atlas glass and service has always been quick and friendly. Definitely a small owner run and operated business that gets the job done at a fair price. Love the convenient SE location with just enough off street parking to make schlepping a big piece of glass a breeze!

No wonder they only have one star. I called and received the most rude customer service. The gentlemen wouldn’t even listen to my measurements, since I live in an apartment building. Go elsewhere, to bad there isn’t an option for 0 stars.

I did not use Atlas Glass for my repair, so I cannot speak to their glass quality or in-​home service. However, I called for a quote and to discuss options after breaking a window in my home and the associate I spoke to was rude, unhelpful and short with me. Even if they had more reasonable prices, I would never have used them after being hung-​up on by the man I spoke to. Call Trinity Glass, they have better rates, less of a wait to get your window fixed and an extremely friendly staff.
