Face it. Taxes suck. But they suck even less when Betty does my taxes. With a motherly disposition and a twinkle in her eye, she covers everything that I can use as credits or deductions. And in just a few weeks or less, badda bing, badda boom, I get my feds return. With Oregon, I just usually get a few bucks. Bless Kitzhabers heart.
If you want to expedite your returns, don’t bring up useless information such as «off shore accounts», or can I claim children from donating sperm. Just the facts. Oh, and if you owe money, Betty has a box of tissue for your «Boo Hoo» moment. It’s all professionally done here

Everyone at this office possess a friendly and welcoming quality with eclectic minds.
My tax person was very friendly and very thorough with my paperwork. We had great conversation in the meantime and when I left I felt like I had made a professional friendship with them.
This is a short and sweet review for a short, swift, and friendly company.

Fairly thorough and friendly service, but it took forevvvver. Quoted an hour and it took 2.5, and we came extremely prepared. Also had to wait for 40 minutes on a scheduled appointment. The knowledge levels of the staff seem to be be pretty variable.

I had an extremely positive experience with this office at the beginning of April. I had no trouble getting an appointment and the office was welcoming and spotless. The highlight was my tax preparer, Mariette Blay. She was very friendly, helpful and eager to answer all of my questions. She spent twice as long with me as did my preparer last year (from that other big tax company) and the price was virtually identical. I left more knowledgeable and ready to improve my record keeping for 2010!

I will just say this. I called on a monday at 5:20 pm, got an appointment for 8:00 pm the same night, and taxes were filed and rebate on the way at 9:00 pm. The guys I ran into were your standard Hawthorne fare. cool, easy going, easy to talk to and honest. If you want your taxes done right, go THERE. And when you are done, go to the taco bar right up the street for some good eats. HOOWAAA!
