I’ve been locked out of my vehicle for quite awhile getting the run around from area locksmiths. Mr Eugene was a life saver this morning. Although his primary focus is commercial and business, he didn’t just refer, he called around to find a locksmith that came TODAY. Thank you Mr Eugene for being reliable and honest. Although we didn’t end up needing his services in the end, I wanted to give a good review for his customer service! The husband and I thought we were locked out of our camper and called him… He got right back to us. Last minute we found the key so we didn’t need him but he was courteous about us having an «uh oh» moment and didn’t charge us (of course he didn’t make it all the way out here), but either way it was bice! Thank you a bunch…

Our morning started off pretty crappy… got our car stolen from our driveway and it had a set of house keys in it. We knew we needed to get the house re-​keyed ASAP. We found Total Access on Unilocal and wanted to support a small, local business. Total Access answered our phone call bright and early in the morning and was at our house within a few hours. He was professional, fast and gave us some pointers on how to make our home more secure. Will definitely be calling him again should we need any other locksmith services.

I needed a locksmith to re-​key 6 locks in a fully furnished residence. I called Eugene at total access based on a previous review. I couldn’t be there in the evening while the work was being done. I had to tell him where the hide-​a-​key was so he could go in and get started. He was very thorough, informing me by text and phone about when he got there and what he was going to do. When he was finished (late at night) he texted me and told me all was well and that he made sure the house was secure. I went to collect the keys the next day at the house and everything was exactly as he had said. Hard to find customer service this good these days!

So today I did one of the dumbest things I have done in a long time. After 3 days of not being able to get into my mailbox, I called Total Access who after about 5 seconds realized I was USING THE WRONG KEY. Eugene was awesome and didn’t charge me for coming all the way from Pittsburgh to Oakland, so I will definitely be calling him if I need help with locks in the future for not making me feel even worse about my idiot move. Thanks, Eugene!
