Ocean Cc Pool Spa Service & Repair

Bad customer service. Never on time and communication was nonexistent throughout the process.
I was looking for a pool guy because of the recent rain and the pool needed a lot of cleaning. The pool wasn’t in service for awhile also, so I asked this local business to come check it out. Marvin who owns the business seemed like a nice enough guy in person and all 4 of the reviews seemed legit. The problem is his communication. We had set an appointment the first time for him to come out, no show, I didn’t even get a phone call to let me know that he was not coming and not only that I had to call him back. Okay he had some personal issue things he had to take care of that day and couldn’t make it out until the next day, I was okay with it he apologized for not letting me know. The next appointment he shows up 30 min late, wth he doesn’t even call to say he’s coming late, okay I let it go. The appointment went well and I explained to him that even without an estimate that I wanted him to do at least the & the $ 750 cleaning service the following Monday he said okay. I got an estimate via email and liked it except the Filters seemed high so I said I will provide it and sent the email back on Sunday. Monday comes around and the appointment time passes again he’s not here and no phone calls? Ok enough is enough, so I called him and said are you coming today to do one of the service? He says oh I was waiting for you to except the estimate. I’m dumbfounded at this point. I told him he can start Monday to start the cleaning process, do you not want my $ 750 or what? Okay I let that go after he assures me he would be here for sure between 8:00 — 8:30am, I said are you sure! Okay great! The following day again no show. So I text him and said sorry I would bot be needing your service.
I truly can’t understand why some local business do not understand the meaning of Customer Service! Take my advice be on time and at least Call if something is keeping you from being not time!
