Top Hatter Inc. Air Duct Cleaning Company

My property management company used Top Hatter for bulk dryer vent cleanings on our homes in Tempe. They knocked the jobs out and performed quality service. Also gave us good pricing. Invoicing system needs work but overall good company to deal with.

Double talking sales pitch man named Steve with short term memory from what was said to do a job that had to be canceled. This business will not book your duct cleaning at a reasonable time of your needs even when they have no other booking. Explanation from the owners mouth, why should he take a job that may be smaller than a possible larger job he does not currently have by booking yours at the time you need. You either take a early start or late end of the day with hours of wait time. I think this is un profesional of this place to do business like this. I say do not do business with them.

I have a new place and wanted to get my fireplace cleaned before I use it. These guys were very nice, professional, fast, informative. Did not make or leave any mess. I will definitely call them next time I need my fireplace cleaned and will call them in the near future to get my air ducts cleaned too.

From start to finish, Top Hatter was absolutely professional, courteous and overall awesome. They thoroughly explained the process from start to finish and when I told them I was hoping to get rid of the smoke smell in my air ducts, they reassured me they had a great treatment to get rid of smoke. They showed up on time, were extremely friendly and worked hard and quickly to get the job done. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone and will definitely use them in the future!

The Top Hatter last visited our home in 2002. Since then, a new roof was installed exposing the attic to a July T-​storm, the 45 year old gas furnace removed, the equally aged Goettl air conditioner and air handler replaced with two different heat pumps. Every Thursday, in spite of a well sealed front door, the lawn care guy blasts shots of dust, leaf fragments and? under the door sill with his 200 mph super-​good leaf blower. There’s been at least eight of those things now called Haboobs. Big dust storms.
The heating and cooling has run a high percentage of that time, sucking outdoor air and all its contents inside.
As I pulled registers for cleaning and repainting I found up to a quarter inch of crud piled in the outlets. Time to call Sweet D’s favorite duct cleaners, Top Hatters.
They arrived, vacuumed the ducts, mopped them with chimney brushes and towels wet with pleasant smelling cleaners until pretty shiny. They took our payment and raced off like Engine 17 on a 3 alarm run. Lots of ducts out in Phoenixland waiting for their excellent attention.
Before racing off, Mike suggested a revisit every three years. I think that’s an excellent suggestion.

Happy customer here. They showed up. Covered things up and went to work. Pretty thorough. Price is on the higher end but I believe in You get what you pay for. Those companies that offer the job for 100 – 200 dollars I would stay away from.

Ok so my neighbor had a little fire and well the smoke came into my place and I had smoke damage. I was living out of hotels and my mom’s house for 4 months trying to get someone to clean up the soot. I had initially called Top Hatter when this started but for some reason I passed them over. 4 months later I called again and scheduled something with Steve. I was very impressed because I let Steve know my situation and he got me the best deal on everything I needed done. These guys did an amazing job and we’re just so professional. They cleaned up before they left and even impressed my parents who both now want services done. You should absolutely call these guys if you need your ducts cleaned. Please tell them I sent you.

Great job starting with the 1^st phone call to the completion of the work. Initially spoke with Steve, he was very thorough and detailed in his explanations of how they take care of the duct and dryer vent cleaning and chimney sweep.
The 3 technicians showed up, took care of everything as described and cleaned up after themselves as well, no dust bunnies were left behind at all. The lead tech, also went over proper care of all 3 items and gave me several, very helpful tips. Some I would never have thought of and with us doing a complete reno to our new home, the tips will come in handy with the excess dust we will be creating.
Overall, I am extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend them to everyone.

We had this company come out today to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. They showed up earlier than expected and did a thorough and efficient job! I highly recommend this company. They really know what they’re doing and the guys doing the work were so nice! My house feels & smells different (in a good way!).

This place from phone call to service. The guy on the phone explained everything which actually sealed the deal. I was going to search around but after he gave his shpeal it was done. My air quality improved exponentially and I recommended to my friends.

I just had air duct cleaning for my home and they did a great job. They explained everything before and after. They were done in the time that they alloted. They also cleaned 2 chiminies. They did so good that I had them come 3 days later and do air duct cleaning at my commercial building. The a/​c feels so much better and the building cools down faster. They were a little bit more expensive in their quote than other companies, however the other companies charge extra for every little thing and Top Hatter just charges a flat fee.
