Rafael is awesome! My AC went down and he came on a Sunday to fix it. He explained everything very clearly and offered options. Prices are reasonable and service was exceptional.

My air conditioner went out last night and I was called back quickly by Rafael. I scheduled for him to come today between 9 and 11am and he called prior to arriving at 10. He immediately got up in the roof and found the problem, the condenser fan motor. He came down and explained what it needed and gave me the price right away. He went back up and fixed it within 30 minutes! The price was exactly what he said with no extras! He was also thorough checking output of my vents and found a large piece of insulation had come loose and was blocking the air flow. I would highly recommend Rafael Borobia to any of my friends and family as he was prompt and very professional!

Needed both a/​c units looked at. Rafael came and took great care in resolving the issues of both. Explained the problems and my options. He was very courteous, friendly and efficient and most of all HONEST… so hard to find in this day and age where everyone seems to be out to make a quick buck. If you need a/​c work done, don’t hesitate to call this company. Rafael went above and beyond expectations. Exceptional service!!!

If you want an honest and knowledgeable HVAC guy, Rafael is the man. We’ve used him in the last 3 years and absolutely appreciate his efficiency and truthful assessment of what needs to be done. He’s never made us pay for anything unnecessary which is what repairmen from other companies tend to suggest. I highly recommend calling on Rafael on your next service call.
