This place is fabulous and the only place I go to since I discovered them last year. The best French pedi ever. Lasts until it grows out. Caitlin is amazing. My daughter gets the cutest gel manicure designs here also. Their prices are awesome. Never have to wait long but appointments are probably a good idea. Super clean. Tools are cleaned and packaged and opened in front Love this place and as long as I’m in this area. I will come here.

Love this place! Came in for my second time for Mani/​pedi and was so happy when I left. Just what I needed after an extra Saturday shift and long week. Everyone here is awesome-​they treat you like family and make every minute a treat. Most of all… love the nails.

Avoid this place. They have no sense of urgency. I heard two ladies complain about time.
I called to make an appointment, they told me to come in at noon. I show up before noon and I don’t get seated until until 12:30!!! With an appointment!!! Ridiculous! The lady who tried to assist me is half dead because she kept walking around and didn’t know what she was doing. I had enough and left. Thanks for nothing.

Unorganized and horrible experience. I went in for a BASIC mani/​pedi ($ 28) and it took TWO hours to complete. I went through 4 people because I assume they were overbooked because the owner was yelling at everyone.
I told the lady doing my manicure that she cut it crooked & she didn’t understand what I meant and ended up not fixing it. And because I assume it was busy, she was rushing through the whole thing. I couldn’t see my pedicure until I got into my car and noticed that she missed the sides on pretty much all of the toes. I went back inside & showed her & she laughed about it with her colleague & fixed one toe. I was like forget it. And my manicure? AIR BUBBLES on all of my fingers. I didn’t realize that a BASIC service was going to be such a disaster.
And another girl came in to get gel nails & they had to take out her old gel nails first. Then I hear her get up & complain that she’s waited over 30 minutes & noticed that everyone keeps running around. And she left…
Overall I did NOT like this experience at all and will definitely NOT be coming back.

Caitlyn was amazing and I loved her patience with me. Im usually very picky and need my nails a certain way, she nailed it. She’s extremely knowledgeable on nails and the wants of the costumer. If you’re like me and love to be taken care of come here. I’m so happy with my nails

Love this place! I got gel acrylics and they look amazing! I got there owner to do my nails and she was so much fun to talk with and she was flexible with me because I was a walk in and she was not rude at all! It didn’t hurt when she applied then either.
They were very warm and welcoming when I walked in everyone greeted me in a very cheery way. There atmosphere was relaxing and laid back. They definitely knew what they were doing when it came to hospitality in this industry.

Fancy nail design at not so fancy price. Great costumer services! I’ve been coming to Jasmine for the past half year. They take good care of me, and also give good advice on nail art design.

Julie is awesome. She puts lots of time and energy in making sure nails are perfect and even. She doesn’t miss anything. She is just great overall no question asked. If you are picky and anal go to Julie. Love her work.

After getting my nails done here for the first time 3 weeks ago, I made it a point not to leave a review in fear of making this salon more popular and crowded. However, I will put aside my selfish motivation and tell you that I’ve gotten the best gel manicures of my life at this salon.
Holly and Caitlyn both did amazing & meticulous jobs at making my nails look perfect. They have pride in the work that they do & do not skimp out on quality. Not to mention, my gel nails lasted over 3 weeks without any sign of peeling or deterioration, which was kind of impressive and annoying at the same time lol.
Quality is great, price is reasonable ($ 28/​gel manicure), they use paraffin wax on your hands at the end to make them soft.
NOTE: Please remember to be kind to the staff. They are hard working human beings with feelings. Come in at least 30 minutes before closing time so these people can go home to their families/​lives.
Only con: parking lot is tight & small.

Made an appointment for a manicure and had my nails done by an older woman. She cut and filed my nails fine but when it came to painting it was a mess (left a lot of unpainted nail on the sides, no paint on the edge, etc.) When I asked her to fix it, she sloppily painted over the unpainted areas. I asked for a second person to fix them and since she was working on someone else, she quickly tried to fix it. It didn’t work and I wanted her to take off all the polish and just paint them clear. Caitlyn stepped in took off all the polish and painted them perfectly.
If you come here ask for Caitlyn and you will walk away satisfied. Side note, the guy who works here is very nice. Although he didn’t do my nails, he was very friendly and gave us the Unilocal discount after confirming our check in.

I love this place! The ladies who work there are so friendly, lively and wonderful. Such an affordable and fun place!

Been here enough times to really give a good review. This place is my new go-​to nail salon. I’m new in town, so I needed to find a salon where I could trust them with my nails. Luckily I did on my first try!
I think all the staff members are exceptional manicurists/​pedicurists (?). So far Caitlyn, Elsa, and Holly have done my nails and every time I’ve walked out very happy.
But seriously I highly recommend Caitlyn for acrylic nails. Girl worked on my acrylics for almost an hour to give me exactly what I asked for (the design I wanted was challenging). She kept it professional and was really friendly. I promise never to ask for a challenging design again though, Caitlyn.
But I really like the «teamwork» vibe they got going there. I’ve never seen that at any other nail salon, everyone is usually on their own.
Place itself is small, but clean. Only downside is that parking sucks and it’s right in front of the community college, so there will be a lot of traffic.

Holly is awesome. She did a great job for my oval shape gel nails! My nails look very clean and the shape is even on every finger! [update] my nails didn’t chip at all after 3 weeks, I can see my nails growing but other than that my gel nails have been the same since day1! This is amazing!

I came in as a walk in after class & was eager to find someone to do my acrylic set but also hesitant because of bad expierences else where, it is difficult to find a technician that does exactly what you want. Yesterday, Caitlyn did an amazing job! She took her time and was so understanding of how how picky I am. I am glad to say I found a nail salon to go to on the regular since I’ve moved to this side of town. Prices are decent, slightly higher than other locations but I can say you get what you pay for. the work quality is great.

Jasmin Nails is right across the street from PCC. The staff is really friendly and always does a great job. Caitlin did my French gel manicure.
Parking is tough but don’t let that stop you from getting your nails done here.

I try not to leave negative reviews for nail salons as there are numerous nail techs working in a salon with different techniques and quality levels but I feel like I should for this particular situation.
I’ve been to the place a few times. I usually come here when I need a quick and affordable mani and/​or pedi since I live in the area. My experience has always been pretty average, nothing extraordinary but also not a horrible experience.
My room mate and I arrived early for our 5:30 reservation at 5:15pm to pick out our colors. We were seated in the salon chairs promptly after we arrived and were given hot water for our feet. However this is where our first problem occurred: we weren’t attended to until almost 6:00pm and by then our foot soak had gotten lukewarm/​cold Another client with a reservation for a later time than us was also attended to before my room mate was.
Normally, the nail techs who have worked on my nails here have been competent and rather friendly. But today it was just 3 nail techs I’ve never seen working here before that seemed to have no idea what they were doing and had clearly overbooked the salon. My nail tech painted my toenails quite well and fixed a cracked pinky toenail I’ve had for awhile. That was the only good part of my pedicure. I felt like they didn’t scrub my foot thoroughly enough. My room mate also complained that they were being too rough with her nails.
While I was getting my pedicure they probably didn’t think any of their clients understood Vietnamese and were arguing who had to do which client. They even admitted to each other that they weren’t sure if they really knew how to fix the broken acrylic finger nail I wanted replaced, so I decided against having them touch my finger nails. Yes, it is a basic service but why would you agree to it if you weren’t sure you could do it? Like other reviews have pointed out, I went to pay my nail tech who was about to charge me $ 33 but another one stopped her and told her to charge me $ 35…We left the salon at 7pm. It shouldn’t have taken this long for a pedicure.
The worst part is (and primarily the reason I’m writing this review) is that when I got home, my room mate and I noticed excessive skin peeling on our feet. We’ve been getting frequent mani/​pedis for years and this has never happened to us before. We felt it was because our pedicurists really slacked on our foot scrubs. Though I’ve occasionally come here for a quick fix in the past, I won’t be returning solely because of the horrible overall job those 3 nail techs have done today.
UPDATE:
It’s been a week and I called in for some kind of reimbursement as my skin is still peeling. Extremely rude over the phone, the «manager» who answered yelled «complaining!» to her coworkers while I was still on the line. She hung up, called me back and said my feet was already peeling before the pedicure. Uh, no. They most definitely were not. She didn’t even know who I was or when I had my appointment. In the end she agreed to a full refund for both my room mate and I’s pedicures and asked if I wanted to make another appointment. Unfortunately, I will never be returning here.

Excuse the over grown cuticles but it’s been 3 weeks since my last gel manicure with JULIE! She is soooo awesome! EVERYONE HERE IS AWESOME! Caitlin, Julie, Holly, and Lina are my go-to’s. (I don’t know the names of the other girls because they’re pretty new.) I used to get acrylics done all the time by Caitlin or Julie but I’ve started to really like gel manicures. Plus, it comes with the warm paraffin wax. This place is my heaven on earth during my days off and mind you, those are quite rare, but I make sure to CALL AHEAD AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT since they do get pretty busy. And it’s also COMMON CURTESY to make an appointment as well.
— Nail polishes: They have too many to count! They have two walls with built-​in nail racks. I love how they organize the colors as well! They carry top brands such as OPI, Essie, and China glaze. They also have a lot of gel colors and also have swatches for them.
— Cleanliness: Super clean! You can see the girls wiping down their station after each client. They have spa pedicure chairs and have a stretchy plastic cover over the spa. I don’t mind the plastic at all, I think it’s much better than not having it and it’s safer as well.
— Professionalism: Yes! Definitely professional. Can I also say that these girls know and understand English without offending anybody? I’m sorry, but that’s a big plus to me.
— GUESTS WHO ARE RUDE NEED TO CHECK THEMSELVES WHEN THEY DON’T GET THEIR WAY OR IF THEY’VE BEEN WAITING TOO LONG WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. THESE NAIL TECHS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND HAVE GROWN A LARGE CLIENTELE, OF COURSE YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT. SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I ALWAYS CALL A DAY PRIOR TO MAKE MY APPOINTMENTS BECAUSE I LIKE TO BE ON SCHEDULE ALL THE TIME.
Anyways, sorry for the long review! Now I’ll be on my way to get a gel mani and a pedi! :)

Cute, comfortable, and clean salon that is well-​aired so there is no strong chemical smell. Everyone here works together and is really nice.
Some things I noticed: 1. I brought my boyfriend here once and a girlfriend another time and have seen guys getting pedis here every time I go in. So don’t feel awkward, come here to get pampered, boys! 2. Friends is playing on the screen! :D

I had a pedi the first time and it was good. My toes still look good! It’s surprising since the way I clumsily walk I always stub my toes and drop things on em, but 1.5 months later my toes still look good! My second time here I had a gel mani done. I had an appt but still had to wait a long time since they were short staffed. But I spent the time choosing my color and watching Friends so time passed by quickly. I loved how my nails turned out: Mermaid nails with a seashell on each hand. 3.5 weeks later, my nail game is still strong minus the nail growth. No chipping, no lifting and the majority of crystals are still there! Paid $ 7 for each seashell she 3D crafted onto my ring fingers. I still love my nails !!
Would recommend? Highly! Great work and prices. Ask for a stamp card also!

For starters they speak English which is helpful.
I made an appointment but came 15 mins early and didn’t have to wait. But what I was really impressed with was how organized their polishes were. It makes the selection process a lot quicker!
Annie did my toes and I was happy with the outcome. Plus she was really nice.
Katelynn did my acrylic fill and did them super nice and super fast. She definitely knows what she’s doing!
I may not live close but working close sure helps and they have a punchcard for every visit! I’ve never seen that before.
Clean and nice spot, I would definitely recommend!

This place is one of the worst nail shop that I’ve ever been to!
1. They up charged me from the given price. I asked my nail lady, HOLLY, the exact price & she told me $ 20 for square and $ 6 for design on two ring fingers. Then when I went to pay they charged me $ 28. Caitlin, the manager, took off $ 1 for the design because she didn’t like it? (She drew it) & $ 3 extra for the length of my nail. Wtf? Why didn’t she say anything from the beginning? She even told me about how she always tell her customer the price upfront and said that price given by HOLLY was fine, even though it was long. And then towards the end they decide to change their mind… SHADY!!! $ 3 isn’t much but the way they did it towards the end made my experience a really bad one.
2. All of my nails are completely uneven and they made me bleed! I was literally in pain the whole experience and holly said that I was scared. NO Girl, you’re just bad at full sets. I still tipped her $ 3 because I felt bad that it took her 2 damn hours for a regular full set.
Honestly I considered coming back even though they made a cut on me, but the fact that they decided to up charge me without letting me know from the beginning is just horrible customer service. It was my first time and I am NEVER coming back.
I advise you guys to ask the grand total before getting anything done because they will try to add this and that to your price! SHADYYYYYY.
