Unlike other air conditioning companies, our service technicians are not paid based on a commission scale. What this means to you, our customer, is that you can expect an honest and fair diagnosis as well as any options you may have to getting your system back on line.

When the telemarketers call and want to schedule an air conditioning service call; I catch them in mid-​sentence and say «I have an Air Conditioning Company that treats me like family, why would I have anyone else come check-​out our A/​C unit?» The telemarketers do not know what to say… so I say, «have a good day, good bye».
Sharp A/​C and Heating has taken care of our heating and cooling needs for the past 4 years. They come when the appointment is scheduled; they even call when they are few minutes away, just to make sure we are ready for them. The repair guys are always polite and work fast to fix the problem and clean up any mess.
I tell my neighbors what GREAT service we receive from Sharp Air Conditioning and Heating. Give them a call and a try. You will be bragging to the telemarketers that you’re A/​C guys treat you like family, too !!

We had them install a wi-​fi thermostat for us because we didn’t have a «C» wire. Spoke with Mitch on the phone and let him know what we needed to have done. He understood, gave us a quote, and said a technician could be out that same day between 4−6pm. We received a call from Kasey saying he was running ahead of schedule and would like to stop by earlier if that worked for us, which of course, it did! He was here within a half hour. We were confident right away that he really knew what he was doing. After changing some wiring around, and spending at least 15 minutes upstairs in the attic (it was a 100 degrees that day, I can’t even imagine how hot it was up there!!) he got our thermostat programmed and even made sure the air and heat both worked! The price we paid was exactly what we were quoted. I’d highly recommend them and would certainly use Sharp again! Thanks for the GREAT service!!!

Aaron Sharp personally responded to my after hours emergency call and came over to help fix a frozen unit and inspect for flaws. I was very satisfied with his knowledge and expertise and how quickly he was able to respond to the emergency. Aaron helped cool down the house for the evening which helped me get my infant down to sleep. Thank you, Sharp!

Came home to an 88 degree house in July when the A/​C decided to quit. Sharp’s guys were there and had a new RTU installed and hooked up within 2 hours of arriving. Did an amazing job at a great price. This spring had an issue and A/​C would not come on, called and they were there within 2 hours and had it fixed within 15 minutes at no cost to me. I highly recommend them and will use them anytime I need heating or A/​C work done.

Got my new AC unit today. Sharp Air did a fabulous job. Honest, great value, and hard working group of individuals. Aaron, Mitch, Mark and Russell all have really helped me over the past few months. What a great experience! As a single mom, it would have been easy to take advantage of me. But they fixed it the first time so it would be easier for me. I strongly suggest using Sharp Air.

Typical post about our A/​C going out in the middle of a hot day of Phoenix AZ summer… what was ATYPICAL is Sharp getting out to see us that day, and INSTALLING the new unit, the NEXT DAY. Efficient, easy to work with, and didn’t overcharge us for a much better unit for our home. I would use them again, no question, but the new unit should have us set for another 10 – 15 years! Highly recommend…
