BARRE 105 specializes in hot barre classes that lengthen, strengthen and tone your entire being. We offer three different types of classes that cater to the beginner to the advanced. Our Sweat class combines barre technique with bursts of cardio weaved in between. Align infuses yoga and toning together and our Define class includes isometric movements and core stabilization exercises. All of our classes are held inside our heated barre studio. Weights, balls and Therabands are also used in these classes.

Barre is an effective way to shape every inch of the body. We take it a step further and practice this style of workout inside of a heated room. Practicing in the heat boosts your heart rate and boosts your metabolism. Your blood vessels become more flexible and the heat thins down the blood helping your body tissues and organs heal. Stretching your muscles in the heat stimulates blood flow and improves circulation. We believe in a healthy balanced lifestyle and created BARRE 105 to help inspire people to transform their lives through fitness, health, motivation and mindfulness.
