Business Owner

Marty brings 10 years of property management experience to the ProEdge Property Management team. Using his past experience in high-​tech world working with start-​ups, plus his decade in property management, Marty has created a state of the art management company on the cutting edge!

Marty started his own Property Management Company after having a successful run at directing a property management division here in Santa Clara County where he developed, directed and cultivated a very dedicated and successful property management team. It’s no surprise Marty was able to start-​up a successful property management company with his 20+ years of managing operations at two different Fortune 500 companies. Marty’s experience doesn’t end there. He was also recruited as a Plant Manager at a telecom company where he managed the operations of a start-​up that went public under his tenure.
