All About Gutters & Awnings

Really want to give 5 stars, as the manager, Elle is wonderful & has always (except yesterday, in which the owner Bob called me) returned my calls promptly & has even given me advice on a separate construction issue. She is an asset to this company.
One star is due to the complete lack of keeping his word on a matter that is too long to share on Unilocal.Now we are scrambling to find another company that is insured to work on a 3-​story home, as our gutters need to be installed.
Very disappointed.

It was a straight forward process for my home. The representative who visited my home was prompt and courteous. Recommendations he made were clear and helpful. They were even able to match the gutters with the facia!
On the day of the job, the crew arrived and finished the job in half a day. They also fixed some other issues with wood rot found in the facia around my home.
I would recommend these folks to friends and family.

After a struggle to find a company that would return my phone calls and put me on their schedule for gutter replacement, this company was a breath of fresh air. They returned my initial phone call within a few days, got an estimator out within a few more days, and were able to schedule the work for two weeks out. They replaced the gutters on the old part of my house yesterday, and so far they look great. They really thought things through like reusing the existing gutter guards and adding splash guards in high flow areas. My one caveat would be that it hasn’t rained yet to test the new gutters out, but so far they look like they will work well.

Got a response from the owner of the company, Bob. He came out in person and inspected and cleaned the gutter giving me issues. He also did a complete review of all my other gutters and did some additional work to one other downspout. In addition, he spotted two areas where my roofer needs to come back a put down flashing to prevent leakage down my fascia awning trim boards.
He left me his card to contact him directly in the future if needed.
I am completely satisfied at this point with their handling of this job.

Honest professional and Knowledgeable. Robert is easy to work with and is a straight shooter. I have recommended All About Gutters to several friends and clients as well. Last Spring we installed Gutter Guards and we have not had any issues with clogs or overflows. A job well done.

I’m normally skeptical about any kind of contractors, but the people at All About Gutters are AWESOME and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Here’s my story:
When we bought our house this year, we noticed that some of the flashing on the gutter guard system had come off. After searching the internet, we found the manufacturer of our system, who politely told us their warranty only covers material defects, not weather related failure. In addition, they no longer even carry the flashing pieces since they changed the design. They recommended we call the company who installed them, which was All About Gutters.
When I called them, Michele told me they told me they no longer install that system, but they would see what they can do to help. I talked to Bob who told me up front that the warranty does not transfer to new owners, but he would discount the service call 50%, which I thought was really nice. After checking their warehouse, he said they did not have any flashing pieces, but they did have some of the gutter guard pieces which he could cut to fit.
So Micah came out two days later and did a beautiful job installing the new pieces. He also checked the rest of the gutter system replacing several screws which had loosened. For whatever reason, he told my wife he thought this should all be under warranty. I emailed Michele asking how much I owed for fixing our gutter guards, and she said «since Micah told your wife it was free we are not going to bill you.»
I could not be happier with All About Gutter’s service. This level of service is almost unheard of these days. Go with them– you will not be sorry.

We hired them to replace our rusted-​out 30 year old gutters. Seamless gutters and new downspouts were well done by a crew of several guys. They had to come back with a saw to make a larger hole where a downspout goes through an upstairs deck, and it took them a few days to get to it, but once we arranged a time they were prompt. No complaints.
Don’t be put off by Robert’s young age– he’s very professional.
