After mulling over all the options, I purchased roller shades to go over my sliding patio door and 3 window set, both facing the glare of the west. I love the convenience of the remote control, and they are really effective at minimizing heat and glare, while retaining our gorgeous view. Jim and Brandy offer exceptional service. When strong winds lifted the roller shade out of the track and it banged around ripping my regular screen door, I called Brandy. I explained that it was a «screen emergency» as I had a party using that patio door that very night. Jim came out right at 5:00, as promised, and quickly repaired the screen door, got the roller shade adjusted (apparently they stretch a little with heat, and if they are too long, the wind can get underneath and lift them out of the track). Jim generously didn’t charge me a dime, and this company has my strong recommendation.

Jim did a great job replacing both of our patio door screens. He was here early and out in under an hour. He even fixed the door roller where the dog had jumped on the door and bashed it in. It works like new now.

Fabulous! Way way way better then what you buy at Home Depot and made for the door not stretched to fit. Jim was on time and had a lot of options too and were affordable for the quality. I would totally recommend him!

A few months back we had The Screen Machine out to install a retractable screen door — which we love. A couple weeks ago the screen wasn’t retracting properly. As it turns out it had nothing to do with the screen door but the threshold of our door was sagging. Jim shimmed the sag and now the screen door works perfectly. But here’s the kicker… he didn’t even charge us! What service!

Great service. They were not only on-​time but early to the appointment. They had the screen door ready on time and worked with my schedule to install it. Like that they do not charge a service fee to show up.

They replaced an couple of old screens and built a new screen door for our slider. They added a doggy door for the slider screen door and it is great, very sturdy and smooth. Fair prices and good work.

Highly recommend! Very honest… I wanted a new screen door and he said the frame was fine just needed a new screen and wheel adjustment. Also put a silicone spray to make the big glass door slide easier. Gave me lots of good information. Very fast, too.

Jim is the best, his work is second to none, very professional and friendly. His solar screens really cut down the heat in our house, great product from a very professional business man at a fair price, who could ask for more!!!

Wonderful and speedy service! I called on a Thursday and they were able to fit me in the following Monday and make the screen in less than an hour!
