Specialties

I teach piano and music theory to all ages groups. I enroll and prepare students for the certificate of merit and AP music theory exams. My students also participate in piano competitions such Sonata contest, Baroque festival, Junior Bach competition, and U. S Open competition. My studio also holds 2 to 3 piano recitals every year. My goal is to teach my students to comfortably read any piece music and enrich their lives by enjoying good music of any kind.

I am located in Lafayette, CA and I teach from my home. Please call to set up an appointment. Saturdays and Sundays are open only for special appointments and competitions.

History

Established in 1991.

Before starting my business in the United States I was a piano teacher in musical schools in the former Soviet Union. My career started when I finished my education as a professional music teacher. I have been teaching piano for over 35 years.

Business Owner

My name is Rita Yegiazaryan and I am a piano teacher from the Soviet Union. I have a masters degree in Pedagogy and a Bachelors in music. In addition I have a degree in literature and linguistics. I speak four languages English, Russian, Armenian, and French.

I started my business when I immigrated to the United States in 1991 where I started teaching piano from my home. I am member of the Music Teachers association of California.
