As a design-build company, we offer a turn-key holistic remodeling service, doing all work from start to finish: demolition, structural alterations, room additions, building our own custom cabinetry with conversion varnish finish, all while providing communication from start to finish.

History
Established in 1977.
Since beginning his San Diego Kitchen & Bath Design and Remodeling business in the late 70’s, Dan has completed over 1,000 residential remodeling projects. He specializes in kitchen & bath remodeling, his problem-solving approach to home planning/design have lead him into room additions, decks, wine cellars, and countless other remodeling projects.
Dan originally did business under the name Baywood Kitchens, Inc. In the late 1980’s, he decided to focus on what had became his core business: taking care of clients that he worked with personally, from start to finish on each project, rather than having a sales staff which he managed and construction foreman that oversaw the work.
This simplified business model allowed Dan to make the most of his talents and abilities while making his daily work far more enjoyable and stress free. It also ensured that his clients got the highest possible level of service through easy and efficient lines of communication.

After winning 20 NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association) National Kitchen and Bath Design Awards in a 4 year period, Two CTDA (Ceramic Tile Distributors Association) National Design Awards, one of which being their top award of 1982, and voted the best room of the 1982 Designers Showcase, the Spreckles Beach House Mansion Kitchen Remodel, Dan got a lot of attention from both local and national publications.
He had numerous Kitchen and Bath Remodeling projects, Kitchen Remodeling ideas, and one feature article, as an award winning Kitchen Designer, appear in national publications: «Better Homes & Gardens– Kitchen and Bath Ideas», «House Beautiful — Kitchens & Baths“‘, «Designers West», «Kitchen & Bath Business», «Qualified Remodeler» and locally in «San Diego Home & Garden.»
