This is my second time coming to Tiffany’s nails. The first time I came to get my eyebrows waxed and the young lady did a wonderful job and was very pleasant. The second and most recent time I came for a mani pedi. When I came in, no one asked me if they could help me. I took it upon myself to find the sign in sheet. I was seen quickly only because the two girls before me left without having anything done. I’m not sure why. The women doing my pedi was not very welcoming. She was a little cold. She did ask my plans for the evening; and as I was telling her I could tell she was not even listening. She barely spoke to me for the duration of my pedi. On the the tv they had some movie playing with multiple sex scenes while little children were there. My nails came out fine. They just need to work on customer service.

They close at 5pm Saturday’s. My sister, mother in law, and I knew walking in that it’d be a long shot if they took us as a walk in as the waiting area was already full. Thankfully that took all 3 of us without grumbling. Our service will last well past closing but they were so gracious to take us. And I really enjoyed my nail artist Kelly because she allowed my feet to soak in the warm spa water for a long time before starting working on my nails. Very friendly staff. Each of our nail artists made small talk with us but also gave us time to relax. Just what we needed. The only reason I didn’t give 5stars is because the ship had a strong overpowering chemically smell. Thankfully one of staff left the front door open. And that definitely aired out the shop pretty fast.

Background Information: I have no prior experience in getting gel or acrylic nails. So I can’t really compare it to anything or anywhere else. This was also my first time going into Tiffany’s Nails. My Experience: I made an appointment with Anne, to get gel nails for my senior prom. I showed her two pictures of different nail designs, and she had helped me decide which to go with. I listened to her advice and was very happy that I did. The shaving down of the nails made me cringe a little because of the sound, but it wasn’t so bad. I went with sparkly almond shaped gel nails, with some rhinestones on my ring fingers. In my opinion it was kind of pricey…(but then again I have nothing to compare it to) total without tip was about $ 63. Which was kind of okay considering it was for a special occasion. But other than that, the end result was absolutely stunning. I honestly felt like they could be bridal nails, and I got so many compliments! I highly recommend Anne! Thank you Tiffany’s Nails!

Definitely one of my favorite nail salons and of course I will recommend that you see Brian ! He is very good at what he does and educates you about your nails. Something that other nail salons don’t do but should start doing! I had the best pedicure I ever had. It was simply amazing, from start to finish. The massage chairs were so comfortable! I would go on and on about this particular salon, but the fact that my nails are too long makes it difficult for me to type lol. So once again, please please please… Go to Tiffany’s and ask for Brian! You will not be upset, I promise!

Definitely feel ripped off by this place. We came in to get a mani & pedi for my cousin’s wedding. We wanted to have a silver fade for both our toes and nails to match the theme of the wedding. While getting our toes done the lady asked me if I wanted to use gel for my mani, which I agreed to so they would last long enough for the wedding. When she was finished I went up to the register and my total was $ 80! How did we go from $ 37 for the mani & pedi combo to $ 80?! I was expecting the gel to cost a little more, but I wasn’t expecting to pay more than $ 50. I assumed that they had accidentally over charged me, but when I asked the lady she broke it down for me and said that the fade was $ 20 extra and the gel was $ 20. That would’ve been great to know beforehand otherwise I would’ve gone simpler. Looking at my toes now, I would hardly call it a fade. Only my big toes have the gradient I wanted, the rest look like they’re just silver. As for my fingers, I find it odd that she didn’t put glitter on the tips. It makes my fingernails look really short. Don’t get me wrong, they were very nice. However, they’re extremely overpriced for their quality of work.

I usually used to go to Jason. But he left): but ever since I went to May! She has not let me down ! Very friendly lady and takes her time as well, she’s also very gently she’s not rough like others, and when I have a picture of nail design on want she makes it look just like it if not even nicer ! I give her 5 stars and recommend going to her if you haven’t yet !

Its not my first time here but never wrote a review yet… Got my nails done by Kelly again and I absolutely love them! When Kelly does my nails she listens to what I want and/or what Im looking for and is honest on whether its a good choice for me and my lifestyle — I like that! I don’t want someone to just agree with what I’m saying and let me walk around looking fugly and can’t function cause my nails too long! She is also very funny so while Im there I not bored or tired and the time flies by!

Awful! My nails looks like a child did them. The guy was nice but my nails look awful! I have tried many places and this was the only time they looked so bad. Theyre all uneven or crooked. I will not be back and pay those prices for an awful job. My toes look just as bad as my hands.

My little Isabel is only five years old and already beauty obsessed! She loves everything girly… make-up, nail polish, shoes, and of course, changes her clothes seven times a day! As a special treat I decided to take her to get her very first big girl mani-pedi! Usually I paint her nails in our bathroom so this was a huge deal for my very mature five year old. I decide to go to Tiffany’s Nails because my girlfriend goes here and I have a gift card. I call ahead and they tell me there’s was no wait at that time. The stars have aligned for this auspicious occasion! We walk in and like a kid in a candy store she picks out five different colors to paint her hands and a simple fire engine red for her feet. We sit in two side by side pedicure chairs and she excitedly awaits her treatment. While I get a spa pedicure a Vietnamese man sits at her feet and begins buffing out her nails. I’m not sexist, but I’ve always been wary of men doing my nails because I had a bad experience over a decade ago with a man who was much too rough and actually cut my cuticle. I of course want to make sure he’s being gentle with my daughter and find that he is indeed very nice and ensures that she’s comfortable. She is beyond happy while she gets a literal MAN-icure and pedi. It’s like she was the Queen of Sheba in a past life and she’s been waiting five long years for me to get with the program. This explains so much about our often tension laced Mother-Daughter relationship and I am now convinced that this will save everyone from years of therapy. Tiffany’s Nails is not a super fancy place but it’s a convenient, fair priced nail salon if you don’t have a lot of time to wait and are in Kapolei. My spa pedicure was $ 25 while a child’s mani-pedi came out to just $ 13 which is awesome in my book! She still can’t stop talking about her nails and is so excited to show all her little friends at pre-school. The best part of the day though comes when she leans over in her chair and whispers: «Mommy, you’re magic!» And in my heart I know she is right and that her special love makes my inner magic infinitely more real. In my mind I see her growing up overnight and you just want to relive this completely perfect day over and over again in my heart. I wish and hope more than anything that we will always be magic together forever…

Got a spa pedicure(simple fade design). The nail tech was super friendly but I felt like she rushed the whole time. She also didn’t want to trim my toenails shorter than what she already did as she claimed that it would hurt, but I’ve gone to places that would actually go «that» shorter. The«fade» was a little on the thicker side, but on a good note, at least she let me change my mind about the color I chose. I should’ve just stuck to my basic solid color pedi. Oh yea, and she also rushed to go on break without«helping» me put my footwear back on… The other tech did.

It’s 2:50 checked in about 2:30& I’m still waiting just to give them the benefit of the doubt. Was greeted and welcomed in, told me the wait would be about 10 – 15 minutes, way passed that now. Update so after 30 minutes of waiting finally got seated and started. Did a mini consultation of how I want my acrylics, etc. Got done in an hour and I liked the results although my thumb nails were not even width wise, they were same length but one was thicker since I got«ballerina» nails. S’all good, you can’t get them to be perfectly identical. I liked it.

I didn’t like the way my nails came out. It was uneven and she didn’t shape it the way I wanted. The paint job was horrible. I hear so many good reviews, maybe I just went to the wrong person. She didn’t clean her area. There was still dust all over the table from someone else’s nails. She used files that had dust on it from someone else’s. When she was using her drill it kept going out of control causing me to have cuts on the side of my nails. She kept cleaning the dust with her hands like sweeping it with her hands and then grabbing my hand with all that dust making it so uncomfortable and gross. And then she uses the file to sweep the dust off her table into the trash can and puts it back into her drawer to use it on someone else. I left with my fingers being so sore from the cuts and my nails were so ugly. I don’t recommend going to that lady I went to. I wish I knew her name. It’s so disappointing seeing all these good reviews and pictures of really nice nails from Tiffany’s but when I go, I don’t get that experience.

Honestly wish I found this place earlier! Tiffany is seriously adorable. And she works her butt off at 8 months pregnant! Talk about work ethic! Sierra did my pedi and I don’t think I’ve had someone at a nail salon ever spend so much time on me. I love my toes and I was so pleased with her customer service. She took her time and was super personable. What an adorable personality she has! Ann did my full set, and although being busy with other customers, she took her time, made sure all the nails matched(super important to me), and I didn’t feel rushed. My nails came out perfect. She was so fun to talk to! What an awesome experience. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and this is easily the best experience I’ve had yet! Thanks ladies :)

This is the best nail place on the west side. I know because I actually went and sampled all the nail places in Ewa and Kapolei. These guys are the best! Family owned and operated. Atmosphere is always fun and welcoming. Not to mention they always do a great job on my nails. Make an appointment today!

Since I have nothing better to do than sit at a nail salon and write a review, that’s what I will do. And to be honest, I didn’t want to do this since I’ve been a loyal customer for 2 years but I’m doing it, I’m sharing my true feelings… I’m not sure what the point is of making an appointment here because they overbook or take clients right around the time you are going to walk in for your appointment. It’s very frustrating and then they expect you to act sweet and not care that you have to sit and stare at everyone else around you getting pampered for 15 – 30 minutes. I specifically make appointments so that I don’t waste my time and so that I can pay for a service that I want and am looking forward to. It’s amazing to me that walk ins beat me out of here. I love Kara’s personality and her nail work and maybe a lot of other people do and that’s why I come here. I come here because I appreciate someone’s work and would like to support them. However, this place needs to get their processes in order and improved. Not to mention they just renovated about a year ago and everything is already sad and dirty looking. I know it’s not hard to mop or replace ripped chairs. It’s really rather simple. Every time they are late or make you sit, there is absolutely NO apology from anyone unless you say something. Then, when you say something, it’s not genuine. They don’t care. But hey, why would they when there’s always a wait and they’ll take the next person in line AND their money. I feel horribly bitchy but 2 years of experience here has made me this way.
