I went in to do a pedi and was immediately helped! The girl was very friendly, and quick! I got in and out within 45 min!

I wish I got the name of the person who did my pedi, because I was not happy with her work. That being said, I would’ve given it 1 star if I was only rating her. She did my pedi so quickly and I started 10 – 15 mins before the others that were seated. She seemed more interested in talking with the other workers than making me feel like a valuable customer.
As I mentioned, I am not only rating her, but other factors. The place was clean and the other workers seemed to care. Parking was readily available since we arrived early to do my pedi. I will probably go again, but will not want the same person.

Everything I come here I request Ivy. She has a nice personality. She is always fast with my mani and pedi. I have had other people here and they usually hurt me a bit. They are rough so I recommend Ivy. If you have any feet or hand issues. I have had surgery on both feet and she is gentle. But also gets rid of dead skin on my feet.
Ivy gets five stars. The rest of the shop 3. They aren’t the friendliest. But the shop is very clean. And has a lot of stations. Get there early and you don’t have wait.

I was having a bad and decided to get my nails done. Stopped at 3 other nail salons in Kapolei. They were all booked up. Finally found Garden salon in the corner of the parking lot. No wait. Glad I went in. My nails came out great. I will definitely go back.

The nails a really good quality lasts forever I feel. The gentlemen whom I believe is the owner did mines. But if he’s not in the mood they kinda pass you around. I originally wanted a «Matte» nail, but they passed me around so much the information didn’t get to the last girl & basically when she was applying the «top» coat which I thought was «matte» she said it to late. So I didn’t care I just wanted to get my pedi done. The same girl that painted my nail also did my pedi, well seemed like she was in a rush. Cause it was literally like 12 mins. I wish I got her name. But overall my first experience went really well, maybe the girl was having a bad day.

And so I walked in and the girl doing someone’s nails stares at from head to toe, talking about no class oh my gosh, didn’t feel welcomed but I went to see Kim who everyone is talking about to be good. My 1^st time here and someone had me seated and wait for Kim. Kim came out and she’s very welcoming and nice, she did a thorough job and also she’s very nice and professional. I wouldn’t go to this place if Kim wasn’t that good. I will go back only for Kim but not for the place and other girls who will eye u up in down like wth? Geezzz! That’s where my 3 star came from…

I came here today for a spa pedicure and was lucky enough to have beat the rush since many patrons were leaving upon entrance. I had a younger nail tech and she did okay being that I stick to basics. However, I could tell she had little experience because she seemed a bit nervous and was moving quite slowly on my cuticles. Overall, I was satisfied and I enjoyed the convenience.

I’ve tried other nail salons but no one can compare to Kim. She’s the best!!! Love her friendly attitude and her amazing work. Such a perfectionist. I will only go to her for my nails!

Always come here with my daughter’s since 2002. They are through and nices, they renovated so they have a nicer place!

Went in for a gel/​acrylic manicure and I regret it. I was charged $ 69.82 for a very sloppy fade set, I wish I got the womans name or took a pic of her to warn others not to go to her! I even told her that the fade on my middle finger looked off and she didn’t say anything she just put more glitter on it to cover it up but it did no justice for it! I was so disappointed I wanted to tell her to take it all off and do it again but I didnt want to start any confrontation because there were other customers in there. Don’t waste your money like I did, I don’t recommend this place & will NEVER go back here.

They did an awesome job, but they force you to upgrade services. The lady insisted I get a fade on my toes when I had just cut them on the short side, so it wouldn’t be cute nor worth the additional money of $ 10. After bringing it up several times, despite my consistent answer of no, I finally told her she could do just my 2 big toes for $ 2 and she said yes… when I went to pay it was $ 45 I was like Wtf… after scouring their price board I realized she charged me full price for the stupid fade that I didn’t want… I was in a rush and didn’t want to embarrass myself, so I just left and will never go back again.

I have been going here for years and love it. I love the pedis and the staff is always really nice. I like that I can grab a cold drink from a store nearby and relax and get a great pedi.

Today I wanted to treat myself to a birthday gift, and I chose Garden nails to pamper myself. Me and my husband walked in and got worked on right away. We both sat next to each other. I wanted to do a shot out to a new worker Tiffany, she been there about a month. She worked on my feet very carefully and nothing took her attention away from me like new customers walking in. She took her time. Then she did my mani with gel nail polish. The experience was awesome, relaxing, enjoyable. Garden nails service made me smile, thank you for making part of my birthday fun and great. I will defiantly will go back to Garden nails and also ask for Tiffany.

I went to Garden Nails with a friend to get pedicures. We were quickly seated next to each other, soaking our feet and enjoying our massage chairs. The ladies at Garden Nails work quickly, there is lotion and oil and exfoliating gel, and big toe art, then a quick chair change for a tiny fan to dry your toes.
The nail salon is bright and appears clean; and there are plenty of staff to get you in and out, and on with your day.

First time and very happy with my service. Came here with my mom and sister. I was pretty over due for a good manicure and pedicure.
Price is good and they are pretty clean.

Never been more happy than today. Awesome experience. Nice and quick.

They do good work here. They are not as outwardly friendly as Royal Nails (pleasant greeting, etc) but I have been satisfied with my manis, pedis and eyebrow waxes.
The only thing I don’t like is they don’t have their own restroom. You have to walk to the end of the building and punch in a code to use the shared building restroom. It’s VERY inconvenient.

Very disappointed in the pedicure I got here. I’m not from around the area, but if I pay more than $ 20 for a pedicure, I expect a damn good pedicure!
I don’t usually expect much for pedicures, as long as it’s clean and shaped. Kim was the one who did my pedicure and not only did she barely shape my toenails, she was cutting/​cleaning my cuticles way too deep, I even started bleeding on not just one, but two of my toes. I have never experienced this when getting a pedicure and I get pedicures regularly!
The place itself is clean and the staff is nice, but I don’t think I would ever recommend it to anyone.

I came here to get gel nails in April for my senior prom. Mind you, this was my first time ever getting my nails done so I didn’t know what to expect. When I walked in one of the ladies asked, «Wah you ly?!» I was caught off guard at the intensity of her statement. However, I was seated quickly and she went straight to work. She rarely spoke, though. When trying to give me instructions she’d make hand or head movements. Like jeez, I’m not deaf. She expected me, a newbie, to understand her gestures. In the end, I was satisfied with the result. It matched my dress perfectly.
Later, I went to Royal Nails to get gel fills. HORRIBLE. Garden Nails is MUCH cleaner! A little pricier than Royal but it’s worth the extra $ 10-​$ 20. Royal Nails filled them way too thick, they looked unnatural.
After that, I came back here to get fills for graduation. The guy that did them was super nice and he did exactly what I wanted! I showed him the design and he did it free hand! (for «ten dala moa», of course) I was impressed. He shaved down the thick mess Royal Nails created and made them look much more natural. They don’t seem to talk as much crap in their language either, compared to Royal Nails, which I appreciate.
So, if you’re willing to pay a little more for much better quality, I definitely recommend Garden Nails!

They are located in the same shopping center in Kapolei as Boston’s Pizza and Phở 808. There is tons of parking in this shopping center but you may park far away during the lunch rush hour.

My sister, mother and I did the combo mani and pedi. We all had great service. The lady who helped me is named Annie. She was recommended by my mom’s coworkers. I had a pleasant experience getting my nails done for Mother’s Day. The last couple pedicure incidents at other nail salons have been painful. I can safely say that no pain was caused during this pedicure.
Wait Time:
Expect to wait 10 – 30 minutes during the weekend. There are 5 – 7 staff so wait times aren’t long.
Overall, I would come back again for a manicure and pedicure.
