Wow, I just toured this property. The Leasing manager Josh took me on a tour of the property and the unit I was looking for. He was prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! It was raining very hard. He took the time to wipe off the seat in the golf cart that we were using to go to the unit. The property is beautiful, like a resort in Miami! The actual unit was nice and what a great value. Thank you Josh. We will be back.

Moved out last week because I am downsizing.
So sad about moving out!!! Price is great, appliances are great (except the dryer, it takes too long to dry). Price is excellent, facilities are excellent, and Brenda in the leasing office does an OUTSTANDING job. Maintenance is quick. They have free fitness classes! I will miss san montego!

Nice place. Quiet, comfortable, and well-​maintained. Not much in the way of guest parking, though. Located close to pretty much everything a person could want, but driving downtown or to Montrose, or even to Highland Village, can take a very long time.

San Montego — Excellent Apartment in Energy Corridor. Reasonably priced, Well maintained units and maintenance staff support is very good. I have seen all the apartments in this area. I would rank San Montego as No.1.
