We were greeted immediately when walking in and shown around the property for a tour. It’s a very nice property, almost identical to the property next door Eclipse. They have a nice pool area and a separate courtyard area. We were told they have monthly events for the residents. Very nice property and great customer service from what we saw so far.

I loved my apartment. The staff is wonderful and so is the apartment manager, Nancy. We had to move to Houston quickly and this was the only place that we found that had openings. Unknowing what we got ourself into, we hoped for the best and signed on the lease all the way from Dallas. Tamera took care of us and she was great at making sure everything was done. We did have hiccups along the way about not turing in paperwork, so we had to give them copies after copies of paper work, but it was no big deal. They were getting new staff in etc. but Jennifer made sure it was squared away. Nancy, the manager, really wants you to enjoy your stay at your apartment and tries to help you if there is an issue. She’s so wonderful! The apartments are wonderful and the price is affordable for the A quality you are getting. Only down fall is that the noise. You will hear your neighbors yelling at each other and the guy upstairs. My suggestion is to get the third floor and just enjoy your apartment and the wonderful staff. Work order was on time and quick. It was amazing! The pool is awesome and parking is always open. I have been living in apartments for about 10 years now. I have always left because management is bad. We moved back to Dallas because of work, but if we were still living in Houston, we would have moved to a third floor unit.
The Windsor staff has up the bar on apartment leasing and how it should be done. Bravo! So you should live here. Just live on the 3^rd floor.

My husband, myself, and our three year old daughter lived here for one year and it was a very pleasant experience. The grounds were always clean and well kept, maintenance always responded within hours (if not immediately), and the staff was extremely friendly. Jennifer was our personal favorite and she really made living there a joy and stress free. We’ve lived in apt complexes before where the staff was horribly rude and insensitive, but Jennifer and the rest of the staff at The Domain made the place feel like home. We will truly miss them…

Overall — for a building so large, you definitely can’t ask for a better place to live. Definitely one of the best in the area.

Though I am a new tenant, my experience so far has been wonderful — one of the more pleasant leasing processes that I’ve gone through. The community is well-​designed, all of the staff members whom I’ve met are personable & professional, the residents are friendly, and there are plenty of things to do in the area.

Great location. Friendly and attentive staff. Tons of floor plans to choose from. Maintenance is very fast. We’ve never had an issue with loud neighbors. Family friendly complex with mostly professional employees.
