BlueWave Express Car Wash

After the wash, as my car was going into the air dry station I heard a loud thump. I thought oh it’s just water. But as I was leaving I realized something had fallen from the roof and hit my windshield. There’s a crack and residue of metal on my windshield. I’ve come here for many years and pretty disappointed. I even paid 16 $ for the hot wax :/

Last time I was here the machine was broken. The manager Scott wrote my name and my license plate on a clipboard:. I come back and they are giving me a hard time about getting my free car wash… I was treated like if I was lying. Last time I spend money at this place. I rather drive a little bit farther down where they appreciate my business and take care of their customers.

Have been a customer since their opening, I have like the use of thee free vacuum (with children and a dog it is much needed). I also am fond of the card that I can refill easily online and at 25% discount. Also like that I can recognize the employees who are always very friendly and helpful.
But am even more loyal because recently some bird dropping didn’t come off after the wash, I wrote a quick note and received a phone call that day from the manager Joe letting me know I could have a free rewash etc. Great customer service.

Please again fix the entry kiosks. i have a monthly tag but it the kiosks don’t always work in getting me through.
When we first pull in PLEASE spray the bug spots and not just casually squirt a little water and hang up the nozzle.
As far as the tall brushes the first 2 sets do get to the car but the top part of the bristles on the third set don’t touch the car.
BUT, i would recommend your place.

Would give it zero stars. The whole backend of the car was filthy for $ 9 you would expect them to run a mop over it or something. I was told «we don’t guarantee your car will be clean». female employee Y’lanna-was extremely rude !

For almost 2 years I have been a loyal customer to this location. I set up my account to be debited monthly and because I drive an unregistered manufacturer vehicle which regularly changes, the manager at the time I set up my account gave me a special card to hold up to the sensor instead of sticking it into a vehicle that I don’t own. Tonight I went to wash the current vehicle I’m driving and found that my account was suspended. The unpleasant female attendant got her manager on the phone and they decided I had to affix the tag in the windshield, which my company won’t allow and knowing I switch vehicles regularly. She gladly canceled my account without hesitation. I guess me visiting them 1 – 3 times per month for a car wash & vacuum while paying a full subscription price (they were definitely winning) wasn’t appealing to them!

Love the wave express dealio. I pay $ 20 a month for unlimited washes and vacuum access. Score! Staff is delightful outside of one perpetually irritated Asian looking female who just seems pissed off to be there all the time. Everyone else has always been consistently helpful and nice.

The customer service here is awesome. I’m pretty short and I have a small car so reaching the screen is kind of hard and annoying. There was an attendant at the screens who saw my potential problem and helped me press the buttons to choose what kind of car wash I wanted and swipe my card. Lol. I thought this was worthy of a review at an otherwise quick car wash and go set up.

First time getting my car wash here and had a good experience. I like that it’s cheaper than other car wash places and their vacuums are super powerful. I paid $ 6 for a basic car wash. My car was 85% clean, which I was fine with since I did get the basic service. The machine was a little bit difficult to use. It didn’t take my credit card so ended up paying cash. I dont get my car wash often so I didn’t know I have to drive my car in the little rail. The staff came out to help me but he was rather rude about it.
Overall, good deals and not a bad job for the price. Definitely will come back here to get my car wash regularly since I am embarrassed at how dirty i let my car gets. I would have given it a 4 stars but I want to give it a couple more try before granting such rating.

This car wash is very expensive for such a poor wash and not great customer service. I’ll never use it again.

My husband and I come to this car wash frequently. The manager Steve is awesome with customer service. One day we didn’t get our wax and he gave us a coupon for a later visit.
Johnathan is a hard and friendly worker. He was very helpful today.
Older gentlemen seems like he hated his job today and wasn’t very friendly at all.

And to add more misery with this place, on a beautiful Saturday when my car is dirty from the rains and pollen, I pull up– and they are CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE! Who closes a car wash on a SATURDAY???
They were turning away a line of cars… Really wish new management would take over! Just happy that I only have about $ 20 more left on my EZ card I bought so I can take my car to Mr. Car Wash.

Terrible customer service. The manager could care less about honoring coupons. I attempted to enter the code from the coupon into the machine. The machine kept stating invalid code. After purchasing the required wash, I told the attendant about the problem. He told me to go through the wash again for the hot wax.
The manager came out when I pulled around. I explained the problem. She was most rude about stating how I needed to come to the office fill out paperwork PRIOR to purchasing the car wash. I offered to complete the form. However, there’s was NOTHING she could do since I had already purchased the car wash but she would give me a code for my next visit.
I waited for the manager to come back with my code. I entered the office after five minutes and asked if she was going to provide my code. No, she wasn’t unless I completed paperwork.
The manager kept changing her story. She was argumentative about a $ 4 discount code. Who has time for that?

I usually wash and detail my own car by hand. I’m the type to pamper my ride. After a fun and long road trip my pearly white car was covered in dirt and bug splatter. It was in desperate need for a bath. But the weather outside was cold and I was tired. So on a Sunday afternoon I drove out here for my car’s first drive through mechanical wash. I paid $ 16 for the wash which included UV and Teflon protection polish, hot wax, and tire shine. Other prices range from $ 6, $ 9 and $ 12. At the end of the wash my car came out dry, shiny and squeaky clean. Even though I had to wipe clean a few missed or hard to reach spots, it was money well spent.
At the selection boot, there was a very helpful attendant who is there to assist any first timer like myself. He made all the selections necessary, even took my payment and insert it into the machine and handed me my receipt. He also taped down my back windshield wiper.
Now if it is your first time, you most likely will experience the «Latisha P. reaction,» yes, you may or may not freak out as you’re going through the conveyor belt. You literally cannot see in front of you and you’d be pressing on breaks (even though you’re not suppose to) because you don’t know if you’re going to slip onto some’s rear bumper.
Simply drive the left side of your wheels onto the conveyor belt, but before this while waiting for the car in front of you to go, make sure you read the instructions on your left. The conveyor belt starts moving once you’re on it and the last thing you want is to not know what to do completely. Once you have your gear in neutral and is moving along, just stay calm.

I wash my car here a couple of times per month. The mechanical wash does a good job getting the dirt off but still leaves some of the tough stuff behind so I always go over my car with a towel to dry off the spots and rub off remaining dirt. Vacuums are great and you can use them for as long as you like. There are a lot of bays so I have never had to wait at all. The staff’s main job is to keep the machine’s running but are helpful when I have questions. Be sure to follow the hand signals when the attending is having you steer into the wash. I tried to do it on my one once, and put some nicks on my wheels. Nothing serious but I’ll watch out in the future.
I’ll stay a regular.

This is seriously the best mechanical car wash I have ever been through… my Ebony gets so shiny and clean. Most of the dirt is gone and I don’t have places on my car where the wash didn’t hit properly (typically middle of the doors and my tires).
I pay for the $ 20 unlimited but admittedly I haven’t gotten my money’s worth this last month since I don’t live right around the corner from a BlueWave (you can use the unlimited tag at any location). I am in the area often for lunch but not always in my car… real bummer!
The first time I signed up and went through the wash, the silly girl working it didn’t point at the instructions panel that tells you to put your car in neutral and get off the brake. I was going through that thing and couldn’t see a damn thing. I was like what in the world!!! Luckily there were no cars in front of me and when I stopped cause I was like hell no, this sh*t aint right… she came in the wash and knocked on my window to give me the instructions. Bottom line, don’t assume everyone has gone through these automatic washes that move your car!!! I wanted to punch that lil girl…
At any rate, everyone has pointed ever since, not that I need the instructions now, but I’ve had no issues after the aforementioned one.
Do your car a favor and treat him/​her to a sparkling wash… they ride better when they are stunting on these dirty fools LOL

This is a favorite car wash of both me and my husband. I usually get the basic $ 6 wash and every other wash I’ll get the clear protectant coat which is $ 10 I believe. I love the self serve vacuum area-​it allows me to be meticulous and take my time really cleaning the inside of the car. Sometimes there is a line to wash but that’s because it’s such a good deal!

Pretty crappy car wash. The vacuuming yourself is nice because you can use it as long as you’d like — however, if you have attachments on your house vacuum there’s really no reason to pay for a vacuum. I won’t be returning.

Who would pass up an offer to get unlimited car washes for FREE??? Not me! I’ve been given 30 days to try this place out and so far, it’s been great!
I like the convenient process of their EZ tag service (that’s if you opt for it). As you drive up to the tunnel, a sensor detects your registered vehicle. You don’t have to waste your time pressing buttons on a machine. Then, an attendant directs you to drive into the wash as you put your car in neutral. A conveyor automatically pushes your car through as it suds, wipes, brushes, coats, rinses, and dries your car. Most car washes that I’ve been to usually rush the drying process, but this place doesn’t. There are 4 different set of dryers that wipe out the water before you drive out.
Plus, this place conserves water by reusing it! They have a reclamation cycle that cleans the water as you get your car wash. Go green!
Another bonus: free vacs! With every wash, you don’t have to put a coin in a machine to vacuum your vehicle. Just drive up to a vacuum bay and clean away!
