Selections like most coffee shops and service with a half smiles (you know they don’t wanna be there) and speed, lack of it, is their complete downfall. One cashier and 2 others creating drinks.
Why does 1 drink maker come out to clean when there’s a line? It’s great you want to be tidy but you lose business when you make your customers wait over 25min only to place an order.

Asked for a latte with nonfat milk and less sugar and an extra shot of espresso. I taste no espresso… just a cup of sugary water with a hint of hazelnut. Not to mention the hard boiled eggs I got smelled rotten and had a film on them. When I returned them and asked for my money back she gave me an evil look and didn’t even check the remaining hard-​boiled eggs on the shelf. Nasty!

I left 1 star, but I really wanted to put no stars. The app wouldn’t let me.
It was a little after 8 pm and the shop closes at 9 pm. I asked for an espresso drink, but was refused because the barista said she just cleaned the espresso machine. I walked over to the Starbucks because I know they would serve me. I should have gone to Starbucks in the first place.

Very bad service. Asked for water and after almost minute got half cup of water (i bought breakfast for 4 ppl at the same moment from them) empty extra cup: 40c. No smiles, no welcome

Customer service at this location sucks. The workers have no interest in providing good service other than take your money. No hello, or thank you or even a friendly smile while being serve… Starbucks coffee n the employee does it better than this place.
