Meet the Business Owner

Steven L.

Business Owner

Steven D. Larson is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), principal broker, and co-​founded of Koko Resorts, Inc. He is primarily responsible for corporate operations including all real estate activities and information technology.

Mr. Larson is a licensed real estate Broker in the State of Hawaii. Mr. Larson co-​founded Altius Realty and has extensive real estate expertise and experience. Mr. Larson also has extensive experience as a residential mortgage lender and co-​founded Lone Peak Financial.

Prior to Altius Realty, Mr. Larson held the position of Database Programmer at NTT/​Verio Corporation. He then joined Fonix Corporation as a Senior Programmer.

Mr. Larson holds an B.S. in Computer Science and an Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Brigham Young University. Mr. Larson also completed extensive graduate level coursework in Computer Science at Brigham Young University.
