HORRIBLESOUND&EMPLOYEESSTOLEMONEYONCREDITCARD! Beware… We went there for my birthday. THe food was ok but the sound of the Karaōke machine and microphones were awful. Lots of echo, extreme feedback, bad microphones and impossible to fix. Then machine was overcharging us even when songs we not playing. Employees were reluctant to do anything about it but finally only reimbursed us $ 2.00! When I looked at my credit card statement weeks later, they added the $ 2.00 on the total price without my authorisation. That is a pretty sketchy thing to do even for $ 2.00!!! BEWARE. Evening was pretty bad… The good reviews are obviously from employees who work there or the owner etc!!! Your review helps others learn about great local businesses.
