Auto Connection

On 11÷13÷15 I bought a 2011 Ford Mustang Premium V6 convertible at my asking price, after doing some research on the kbb site and searching for a ‘Stang on other auto dealer sites. Dragan provided excellent customer service and made the buying process pretty much painless. I was impressed as you never know what you’ll walk into when going to the non-​dealership stores. Auto Connection has an impressive inventory of some of the most sexy, fast sports cars! When my husband and I walked in and they had the Mustang ready for me, front and center, shiny, clean and classy, I knew that it was going to be mine. Almost took my breath away seeing the real deal in person as it looked great online. After test driving, we sat down, made the offer and handled the deal. I did have to return the next day to pick up the second key and my car did have a mechanical issue that we had our mechanic fix, which Auto Connection did not know about as it is a used car that they acquired without service records. I shared this with Dragan, and with concern, he quickly offered to help and contact his mechanic, but I already had mine set up to check my car out. All in all, I would return to Auto Connection for future car purchase, providing Dragan assists us, as he has gained our respect and appreciation for helping me get into my dream car. Only con: limited parking, but Dragan will make sure you have a spot while doing business there.

Kudo’s to Dennis at Autoconnection, I bought a car from them and found a problem with the transmission. They took the car back under warranty and repaired it at no cost to me. While the car was being repaired they gave me a loaner. If that’s not 5 stars, I don’t know what is. Mahalo to Dennis.

I thought Dragan and Chenor were my friends. I left my car there in Hawaii with Dragan. Chenor (Dragan’s ex-​girlfriend) came to live with me (for FREE) on the mainland to look for a job. She and Dragan talked me into mailing Dragan my title and gave me their word that they would sell my car and send me the money from the sell. I sent Dragan my title, and I never heard from him again. I, of course, told Chenor to go and find another place to stay at. I never received not even a penny from the sell of my car.

These guys provide the best customer service and will do their best to get you in to a car that fits your needs. They will work with you to make sure that you are satisfied and are happy with the choice you’ve made. Thanks for hooking me up guys! Keep up the great work.

Let me say one thing. I bought a car 2005. I’m so mad so I’ll just list everything WRONG about this dealership.
1. I was provided a fake carfax that had no accident report or any sort. But recently I found a real copy which reports 2 accidents and odometer rollback. These guys messed with the promoter to lower the mileage.
2. Everything interior about the car started breaking down within the first 6 months. Everything was fine when I purchased but slowly, the power seat buttons were jammed, moon roof button feel off, radio frequency was shit, the glove box compartment broke off! There’s more but I don’t even remember them all.
3. Last and the worst… everything broke starting from hoses, leaks, bursts and more. I am still repairng the car today because the power handle burst yesterday… my total repair bill came out over $ 13 000 and I purhased the car for $ 13 500…
My words of advice… even if the deal looks and the car looks great, do NOT BUY FROM THEM. They will scam you in every way!!! Message me if you want more information about these crooks.

We bought a BMW and A Lexus from this dealership about 3 years ago and they are both still running great.
When you buy a slightly used car, how you take care of it dictates how long it will last (dont forget to do your maintenance).
Dragan the owner of this dealership is an awesome guy. Showed me the carfax, the blue book and even went with me to test drive my first purchase which is a Lexus RX (suv) that my wife loves to drive. Im using the M\\ sport packaged BMW 530i. Which is also a grrreat! purchase.
I will be back when Im ready to buy my Porsche 911s or perhaps a Maserati… (someday! :) but thank you so much Dragan for being so nice and helpful! I give you 5 stars all the way!

Service was good, but they failed to show me a lot of things while giving me a tour of the vehicle. The Carfax was provided, but when I checked it later it was different from what it said (I had the copy of the carfax from Autoconnection and compared it with the carfax I received later). When I bought it from the dealer it was one owner, but when I looked at it later it was two owners.
The owner was really good and helpful, but I feel skeptical about the dealership (if they actually checked the car for any issues).
