If you’re looking for a Realtor, stop searching you’ve found the best. Lola & Gordon are as good as it gets. They have now assisted us with another home sale.
The first was helping us locate our personal home. A couple years ago available homes were scarce & it was a bidding war on all homes. Before settling on an agent we would attend open houses & we’re trying to do some of the work ourselves. As we searched we would run into Lola & Gordon.
Although not our agent yet they were always professional and had such positive things to say about Folsom. The instant we began working with them the craziness from a chaotic market disappeared. Their timeliness & network gave us the inside lead on what would become our future home.
The BEST part is because of their reputation we were available to avoid a bidding war and were able to negotiate terms prior to the home fully hitting the market saving us thousands.
Recently we had a death in the family. Our grandparents home needed to be sold. If you ever dealt with a death and had to settle an estate with several family members you know the stress this can cause.
Lola & Gordon’ expertise, calm demeanor, & people skills provided valuable insight, handled our concerns & guided us to a smooth successful sale. Our family is tact & all involved are pleased which is incredible given the stress a situation like this can cause.

I owned my home in ARCN for 25 years and was ready to sell so I contacted Lola and Gordon Purdy. They were truly exceptional real estate agents from the start to the finish!
They had a clear understanding of the current marketplace through the market analysis they had conducted. This helped us determine what a realistic price would be for the sale of my home in today’s marketplace.

We were looking to buy our first home and were introduced to the Purdys by a family friend. We had absolutely no idea on the home buying procedure. Both Lola and Gordon put us to ease right in our first meeting. They spent an entire hour going through the steps involved and explained how the real estate in our neighborhood had changed in the last few years with maps and graphs. We listed our criteria and preference with the houses and they immediately set up a MLS web link that emailed the new listings in our neighborhood as soon as they became available. We shortlisted a few houses every week and sent them the list. Lola and Gordon did a great job arranging the visits and took great care explaining what needs to be looked for during these visits. They never pressurized us into making an offer anywhere. And then we found this house that we really liked but were unsure whether to make an offer or not. The Purdys asked us to take time and think through it without rushing. After a week or so when we couldn’t get the house off our heads, we realized that it was the one and decided to make an offer. They then helped us go through the paperwork in great detail and make a competitive offer that got accepted immediately. They did a fantastic job coordinating between the seller, lender and us,
setting up inspections, getting all the paperwork reviewed and ensured that the close of escrow was a smooth sail. They were thoroughly professional in every aspect and made it a great home buying experience. Without second thoughts, we will work with them for any of our future real estate needs.
