Business Owner

Joss was born and raised «up the river» in the small Placer County Foothill town of Foresthill. While growing up in a small rural gold mining town, Joss learned at an early age the high respect a landowner must have for protecting, and improving his/​her land, as well as the rights contained within owning Real Property.

Joss attended Placer High School where he was a part of a Championship Baseball Team, which still holds as the last Baseball Championship on record for Placer High School. He enjoyed his time there, Graduated, and moved-​on to attend West Valley Junior College in pursuit of a Division 1 College Baseball Scholarship. Joss was able to earn that scholarship and attended University of the Pacific to finish his baseball career… and to begin his current Business career.

Joss earned his Business Administration B.A. with a concentration in Marketing in 1998, and immediately went to work for a Field Marketing Firm in Southern California. Joss also enjoyed his time the
