Needing to get a wheel replacement on a Sunday, the only place that we found open was a Firestone. Unable to get the wheel that Sunday, the car was kept until noon the next day and still had not been touched. They had told us they called around and they could not get a Honda stock wheel anywhere. Well we did some calling too and found Honda of Fife. Not only did they have the wheel in stock, they were priced affordable and got the wheel installed within the hour. Such sweet relief as we would have had to have stayed a whole other day if we stuck with the Firestone. Now we can finally go home. Thank you for the quick and efficient support and the hot chocolate.

The management here at Honda of Fife rose to the occasion! I was in service and ran into my salesperson who sold me the car before. He asked me how I was enjoying my new ride and I told him that I was still upset with the mats that did not come with my car…
After talking with his General Manager (Chris Wolfe) I received my brand new mats! Michael Moore (my salesman) put them in for me and I feel a lot better about the end result!
They even pulled out my deal and showed me specifically what was charged on my car deal so that I didn’t have any suspicion on if I got scammed. Thank you Honda Of Fife team, this really meant a lot to me.
Oh yeah, come get your oil changed here too, it also comes with a vacuum and wash!

Poor experience. Was told one thing in writing and that turned out to be out false. They don’t honor their agreements. Old school hard core sales. The gut who signs contracts smelled strongly of cigarettes. Avoid.

On Saturday 1÷10÷2015 I went in and tested then purchased a CPO’d Honda Fit, prior to signing the papers I informed the associate that an issue regarding the battery of the car must be addressed. Prior to the test drive, the car needed to have a jump start, concerned by this I made it clear that said battery needed to be charged or changed. Jump forward three days, I go to start the car, which had not been started since saturday night when I brought it home, and the battery is dead. After calling the service department, a man was sent to jump start the car again. After the jump was successful and I let the car run for twenty minutes, I turn off the engine and return ten minutes later to find that the battery was drained again. During negotiation as I made it clear the battery issue needed to be addressed, I was under the assumption that it would have been taken care of, now I need to spend more money on a new battery just to have the car start up.

I’ve purchased three Hondas in my life time and since we keep our cars for 10 years that takes up a lot of time. However, this is one of the best dealerships going. Not only are they knowledgeable in all areas, sales and service, the people that work there are pleasant and always willing to help. When I purchase a car, the service department has a lot to do with it and Honda of Fife has one of the best. Nice that during your birthday month, you get a coupon for a free deluxe car wash that includes vacuuming the inside. I’ll probably buy my next car from them as well.

I stopped by about 4 years ago to check out Accord. I’m not sure if there has been changes to sales team, but my experience seem to be in line with other bad reviews. I hope they made changes since.
I test drove a nice base model Accord and was ready to discuss, but initial price was way over market price. Once inside they also tried pushing auto loan with ridiculous rate of some 10% telling me that’s all I qualify for. By the way they wrote down the monthly payment on some scratch paper and pushed it to me without telling me the rate and told me «lot of people» pay $ 500/mo. I was insulted, but I was nice about it and declined to talk further. I had to show them I was smart enough to calculate the rate on that payment and that I know my credit score.
They called the next day left a message on my phone telling me they had great news. Think they lowered price by some $ 6k on that Accord I saw. But, I already made my purchase at Toyota Puyallup by that time with 2.29% 5 year loan.
Very poor sales service if not outright abuse and scam. Not sure how they kept straight face even after I explained what they were offering made no sense.

I bought a car from these guys, about year later find out the car has a bent/damage sub frame. Went back to give them a opportunity to take care of me. I would of never bought this car knowing that. The damage was reported back in 2004. And they said the car has no damage to it when I bought it. Manager chris, said he take care of me and two months later of nothing happening. I gave up, I would check in every day or week. But if they don’t make money on the deal they won’t take care of me. The sales people are awesome. Terry sold me the car and tried to do everything in his power to help. I know he can only do so much. I give Terry a ⁵⁄₅ stars. Just chris the store manager lose all busy with me and my story will go to as many people as I can talk to. I work in the automotive field so should be alot.

Family bought a brand new 2014 Honda accord and a honda civic 2014 off the lot which clearly helped them out. We came back 3 times now cause the trunk of the accord is broken and kept falling down on us and hit our head multiple times and when we came back the FIRST time the guy just told us to us the hiking stick we had in our truck to hold it up … REALLY?! & if we didn’t have that stick what would we have used? Then he said all the accords have trunks like this… I’m pretty sure honda would never build something like this in today’s time… The second time I got sick of it and pissed after it fell on me again cause the stick fell over, I came back and they said they would fix it. Screwed some things and a part was missing apparently that they didn’t see the first time and it was «fixed» within a couple of minutes. & now I am leaving the dealership after our third visit and had to make an appointment for them to fix it for tomorrow morning. The Korean guy was nice and agreed that it was broken, but since we still have warranty to not stress about it and to make the appointment so he was nice. But that’s where the one star will go and that is all.

These guys are garbage! My salesman was somebody named George I think? Anyways him and the finance department took the whole day to see if I can get financed. I wAs sent home to wait because they said it is a long process and they would call me back. I wouldn’t of found out if I hadn’t of called. 8 hours later When I called it was evening and George said he didn’t have time to call me back because he was busy with others. Instead I went to Titus will in Tacoma, and they got me a car in a couple hours. Thanks Titus will!

Dexter is a very personable, easy to work with, and knowledgeable sales person. Chris was thorough in his paperwork. Didn’t catch his name, but the young man in auto parts was fantastic, too. The manager was rude. He treated us like liars during the price negotiation. We told them we were paying cash. We told them we had no intention of financing the car. We discovered later that they ran our credit reports.
The car has needed recall work on the driver door locking switch. The last time I took it in, the service department insisted that I needed to leave a $ 150 deposit on a credit card in the event that non-recall work needed to be completed. Time to wave the bullsh! t flag.

Recently just bought an Accord from Honda of Fife. My experience from start to finish was great. Michael Moore is a great salesman. My father and I were immediately greeted and Michael proceeded to show us cute cars within our price range. Compared to other visits I have had at other dealerships, this visit was faster, but very much more efficient/satisfying, and at the end of the day I was satisfied with the offer I got on the car as well as the great service I received from Michael Moore. I would recommend his service, as well as Honda of Fife to any/all of my friends and family. I LOVE MY NEW HONDA! :)

I bought my wife an 2013 accord coupe for a wedding gift. Got a fairly good price. Was told that it was too late to clean it and to come back tomorrow and they would clean it and fill the tank. Waited over an hour before I saw it outside. They didn’t fill it up and the exterior was so water spotted it would not wash off. I must admit they do have a long list of excuses.
As far as I’m concern, excuses are just a sign of being incompetent.

After searching tirelessly for months on a particular CR-V I found one at Fife after calling to see if they had any available. First of all this was a new car and they were trying to sell me the deanships car with over 2k miles on it, does this sound brand new to you? NO. Did they apply a reasonable discount? NO! During the test drive I asked the salesman about the new 2012 CRV and the new body style which he belittled my comment by stating that there will not be a new model for 2012 and pretty much that I need to recheck my facts from the internet. Has Honda not been airing the new 2012 CR-V commercials lately WITH the new body Style?
After sitting and negotiating for newly three hours I walked away. We obviously were not going to get anything accomplished (which of course they called back a few days later, and a few weeks after that, and again about a month and half after that). Why would I want to do business with a bunch of creeps? I suggest finding another dealership that will at least be honest about their intentions vs. dancing around a mulberry bush. Their sales tactics are also incredibly aggressive which does not make me feel any better.
Needless to say I will NOT be going back. I ended up going to Cap. City Honda in Olympia and even though pretty much received the same offer that Fife offered, but with a new car directly from Japan with the plastic still on it. Not the best deal, but at least I got what I wanted. Good Luck.

Well, I have to dock a few stars from my experience today. I arrived for my appointment on time. I walked into the service area and took a seat in front of one of the three sales associates. The gentleman told me that it should take awhile and they were going to check everything out. He did NOT mention anything about 15 000 mile check up. I asked how long and he said less than a hour. He took my keys and I proceeded to wait in the waiting room.
So I wait, playing on my phone and listening to a couple bickering to each other in Spanish about their POS car. A female associate comes in and said my name. I walked with her to the desk thinking I’m about to get my car in record time (FYI 45 minutes went by). She started to talk about changing all of air filters and other maintenance things… Basically a tune up for a vehicle that has 17,000 miles. Unaware about all of these charges that the guy should have told me, was going to end up being $ 269.00. So I talked her out of the rest of the maintenance and save it for another time since I wasn’t due for it to begin with.
So long story short, I almost had to pay 200.00 for this, because the guy associate did not tell me any of this. Lack of communication from Sales associate to a customer can hurt a business. I don’t want to see Honda of Fife fail, therefor certain sales associate should take a course or death by PowerPoint on how communication is key to succeed in the business world.
