I had Knock em out come to my house. I do not live too close to where they are based but I had heard about them from a friend so I figured why not give it a shot. They came out, very promptly and evaluated my situation.
I had mice in my attic. I could hear them crawling around all the time up there. I also saw some mouse poop in the garage, so I knew they were spreading.
The team came and did their stuff. They worked within my schedule. I am not usually home so they came at a time that worked well for me (probably was not terribly convenient for them) They did a great job, no mess left or anything like that. They made me feel that they really cared about my house. The critters are gone and I’m very pleased with the service I have received.
As I said I had heard about this business from a friend, I’m glad I didnt go to the phone book because I do not know that I could have found anyone much better than KEO! Thanks guys! I will be spreading your name where I can!

I left message for four companies and this company actually returned my call. They took the time to explain the best procedure to eradicate my pests and best of all they did NOT try to «up-​sell» me to a long term contract.

I just had Alvin come up to the house for an estimate on two separate pest problems. He was on time and found what the other big company couldn’t find. Alvin’s attention to detail set him apart from the other guys right away. In the end he found me a great solution to both problems which saved me tons of money. I would definitely use this service again.

Joseph and his team and Knock Em Out, are the bar in which small business pest companies should be set. I called him Friday afternoon regarding some black widows my wife found in the garage, he was out first thing Monday monring. He was very thorough in his investigation and remedy. He also set traps due to evidence he found of field mice. If you are looking for a quality local pear control company, you can be assured KEO is the right call.

From the moment i gave Knock ‘Em Out Pest Control a call, the secretaty took my information down and said a technision would call me back. not even 10 min past by and Alvin called me back. The next day he was knocking at my door. After he saw what he was dealing with, he got to work right away and its been a while now since ive seen anything. So happy with how professional and prompt they are. Great work and comfort knowing that they are as concerned as i am. definitely recommend them if its your first time calling an exterminator.

Wow these guys are phenomenal!
We had a nasty rat problem in the garage. It got so bad that the smell was like death… I called them at 9 am and they came out the same day. Traps were set up and low and behold, within 2 days all the traps were full! Alvin came over the same day I called for a follow up and removed/​replaced the traps. Today he came by to check the status and he was able to remove even more rats that he found in a box. Thank you Alvin for being on top of it and giving us relief so I can sleep at night!
Overall, knock em out is great because they are a local business and know the area. I didn’t have to wait weeks for service like I would if I had gone with another corporate owned exterminator.
Prices are affordable and worth every penny.

We’ve been using Knock ‘Em Out for almost two years. We couldn’t be more pleased; this is the BEST pest control service we’ve ever used.
Their tech is wonderful– really nice guy who calls the day before to let us know when he’ll be here (and always comes in the time frame stated.) Alvin is extremely thorough and does a great job. We’ve had no insect problems since using their service. The fences, doors, windows, and full perimeter are fully sprayed and any spider webs are cleaned up. When I’d asked for a preventative spray inside the garage last spring, that was cheerfully and thoroughly attended to.
I highly recommend this service — professional, prompt and responsive.

So, this is my story… my son told me he didn’t want to go out in the backyard to play because there were too many bees. I ignored it for a while, because I know he’s fearful of bees and one is too many for him. LOL Anyway, so I called Knock ‘Em Out Pest Control. They were timely, courteous and professional. They took care of what turned out to be 2 – 3 yellow jacket nests underground (near my lemon tree). They also sprayed the perimeter of my home (including the doors and windows) for spiders and ants. The yellow jackets are gone, my son now goes out into the backyard to play and I am satisfied. I also decided to keep them coming out every 2 months to maintain a spider/​ant free home.

Amazing response time and service. We found a huge yellow jacket nest in our front yard. I called because they got good reviews. The woman who answered the phone was really nice. Alvin, The technician called me back within 15 min and was at my house 15 min later. He did such an awesome job. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using this company.

I called Knock ‘Em Out this morning, desperate for help with a black widow problem. The gal that answered the phone was friendly and her sense of urgency was fantastic. She took my name and number down and told me a technician would call me as soon as possible.
Within 15 minutes, Alvin, called me back and listened to my concerns. He told me he could be here to assess the problem within an hour. Upon arrival, Alvin took care of the immediate concern, putting my mind at ease. He explained the type of service that my home would benefit from and assured me that, if there were concerns between service, the situation would be attended to immediately.

Called a few places that I found on Unilocal for a wasp problem. The lady who answered the phone was super nice and said that she would have a technician call me back within an hour for a detailed estimate. Joseph called back within 15 minutes as I was out to lunch. I called him back and we were able to reconnect and he was super friendly on the phone. He explained to me what the process was and how they would take care of everything and he said that they could get someone out tomorrow at 7am. They were so courteous and professional on the phone and I really appreciate that!

We’ve been wanting to call Knock em out to help take care of the wasp that came back during the spring season, but didn’t get a chance to do so. Last night was the final straw when we discovered ants had taken over our kitchen. So we called Knock em out last night and they showed up today, to take care of both the wasp and ant problem. We signed up for and paid for a year of pest control in advance with Knock’Em Out Pest Control in Fairfield. We were satisfied with the year of service but decided not to continue with pest control after our year was up. To our surprise, Knock’Em Out provided pest control three months later and billed us $ 75. We had not requested this service nor had Knock’Em Out contacted us in any way to find out if we wanted to continue with them. (We are easy to reach.) Providing service without the customer’s authorization and expecting payment for it is unacceptable.

I wanted to give a very warm and grateful shout out to Alvin at Knock em out Pest. This guy is one of the most honest individuals I ever met. He is caring, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me feel comfortable in my home. I had black widows in my garage. He came over exterminated and promised to come back if I saw any spiders in my home. Well I called and came right out like he promised. Wonderful customer service and excellent people skills. Thank you so much Alvin

We had a bee infestation inside my home. They took care of it and it was affordable. The guy that came was very kind. Great customer service skills and people skills.

I’m not a hater, in fact I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and even 2^nd and 3^rd chances whenever possible. But considering that this company advertises «FREE ESTIMATES», not only on their site, but on their truck, and then the owner tries to charge you $ 35 for having to come out and inspect the situation — I’m not down with that. I’m an honest person who’s been getting «FREE ESTIMATES» my entire life, and never has it meant «EXCEPT FOR THE FEE».
I was willing to let it go, even considered using their service, but after the owner called me and made it seem like it was my fault, and my lack of understanding of what a «FREE ESTIMATE» is, but that he’ll «let me slide this time», and then hung up on me, it becomes my obligation to inform fellow Unilocalers.
To reassure my understanding, I called another exterminator immediately after and asked them if they were going to charge me for their «FREE ESTIMATE». Their answer? «Of course not… there are no charges unless you agree to the services.» And they’re coming from a much further distance, 2 – 3 times further, almost an hour away.
I don’t wish KO Pest any ill will and hope they succeed as a company, but only if they do it the right way. Maybe I caught them on a bad day… but I have to agree with ZR’s review below.

I’m a pure sucker when it comes to spiders, wasps, hornets, and frogs (yes, I said frogs). One things that I knew about buying a home in a relatively new development was our property is essentially taking over land that inhabits tons of creatures.
Once I moved in I noticed that it was inevitable to find these pests but when I saw my first spider! Boy oh boy did I panic! My pops called this place up from a referral of another neighbor and scheduled and appointment for the company to come out and do a walk through our property to show us what they are capable of doing. Little did they know I was the home owner and that I was the one to make the decision in being a client. When they found out, they were pretty shocked but never was pushy or showed any effort into persuading my choice.
So fast forward. Spiders are a rare thing to see around my house (which is awesome!) but another pest seemed to be inhabiting in my back yard, FROGS. Zomg, those things are freaking LOUD! At night they sound like they were yelling at each other from one side of the yard to another. I couldn’t sleep and often was in a bad mood ’cause of those stupid frogs. I didn’t want to start a genocide on their species but I needed to get ride of them like ASAP. The guy came over after doing some research on a few MSDS (Materials Safety Data Sheet) and agreed to spray citric acid around the parameter of where these frogs tended to stay. After spraying, the noise is at it’s minimal and now I can sleep!
I highly suggest KEOPC.
