Motherhood is an amazing time full of excitement and anticipation! From the moment we find out that there is a tiny life growing inside of us all we think about is them.

Something that I think so many women tend to neglect in all of this excitement is the person doing all of the work: themselves. Growing a baby is no easy task in itself so when it comes to birthing one. I want to provide moms the gifts of nature. A gift that was once given to me.

Hi, I’m Brittney (aka Mommy)! First and foremost, I am a mother to four beautiful children. My interest in natural childbirth (and everything that seems to go along with it) started 8 years ago, with the birth of my 2^nd daughter. It was with her that I began to discover and experiment with different aspects of attachment parenting and that was also when my love for breastfeeding grew even more. My education and understanding continued to blossom when I had my 3^rd daughter. I gained more knowledge about things like baby wearing, cloth diapering, and co-​sleeping, as well as extended breastfeeding and child-​led weaning. This is also the time that I became affiliated with La Leche League.

In 2008, I became pregnant with my 4^th child (and only boy). With the planning of his birth came more learning about natural birth, water birth, and then placenta encapsulation. Once I had it done for me the benefits were so amazing, I had to share them with other moms.
