As a consultant and technician, I have been supporting computers, disability technology and home-automation for more than 20 years. With thousands of hours of one-on-one computer training experience; thousands more installing, maintaining and troubleshooting computers and home-electronics; as a low-voltage electrician I have designed, installed and maintained numerous home-automation systems from very simple X-10 systems to million dollar Crestron systems.
