Seattle Town Car

We hired Seattle Town Car for my elder brother wedding. The limousines were clean and new and appointed to the max. The drivers were very professional also. We were very pleased with everything regarding this limousine company.

I just called to make a reservation, and the dispatcher told me that the charge would be $ 125 plus a gratuity of $ 25. I’ve ordered dozens of black car services, and never have I been charged gratuity — I’ve always tipped at my own discretion.

Was on vacation and needed a lift and it was a pretty long one from the airport to my hotel, which was farther away than I thought. The car was on time and everything went better than they do usually when I am out of town for business. I was very pleased with my experience. My driver was so kind, down to earth, and professional. I like to talk and sometimes when I take a cab or something, the driver kind of ignores me or just barely responds, and my driver carried on a nice, polite conversation with me and made me feel like a friend. The price wasn’t bad at all. I will definitely be using this service again when I am in town again for business next month. Kudos!

I am a time user of Seattle Town Car. My friend Kristine recommended them to me. well, at the end I was glad using their services. Their professionalism was outstanding starting from the way and manner the driver helped me with my luggage. The driver was on time and the price was reasonably okay.

We used Seattle Town car to get home from a lovely two week vacation on ½/​2016. When we called to schedule we were told our ride from the airport would be $ 47.50 as does the reservation confirmation in my email so you can say we were a bit surprised when we were charged $ 66 as we had tipped the driver in cash that evening.
I have sent 2 emails over the course of the past week and a half that have gone unanswered. I have called 5 times now, originally on ¼/​16 after noticing the charge and was told a refund would process. Even though I had to call back later to try and get ahold of someone who actually understood my issue I thought no big deal I will give them a few days… I called back on ¹⁄₇ just to check the status and was told it was now with their finance department and I should expect a call no later than ¹⁄₁₁.
¹⁄₁₁ came and went with no response from the company so I gave them another call today. 1/​13, to see what the status was and I was told that they had no record of a refund ever being requested and I would need to email them… I just saved myself some time and disputed the additional charge with my amex and wish I wouldn’t have even tipped my driver as I am told he was the one who ran my card for the $ 66. I honestly think a full refund would be nice since I have wasted so much time trying to fix their error.
I advise you stay away from Seattle Town Car as I sure will be and I have already let my friends who use car services often know to stay far far away!

Used them twice. First time, the dispatcher took down the wrong address. Clearly he was too involved in listening to the Seahawks game. Driver was early at wrong address, called and recovered.
Second time, driver called from I-​5, nasty weather, and said he was late. He would not tell me where he was on 5, I had a plane to catch and time was of the essence.

Seattle town car was the best choice us traveling for Christmas. The driver Azzar texted us at 3.30AM to let us know that he was our assign driver and checking with us on the weight of my baby as I forgot to include in the reservation system. Their reservation system is so easy to use and give you the quote right away giving me the option to add the gratuity as well for the driver which I did include. The town car was very very clean. I have used this service for several times. I have never been disappointed. They arrive on time if not early and always get me to my flight on time. When returning they are ready for me at the airport. The cars are clean, with water, and the drivers are pleasant. I travel at least one monthly.

Beware. They add a $ 20 gratuity to your credit card without your authorization. Ironic since their website says «Upfront Price, No Surprises, No Surcharges. Know exactly how much it will cost to your destination.» Riiiiight.
When I disputed these fraudulent charges, the manager, Adam, promised to refund them. Four weeks later and still no refund. No replies to my emails either.

After riding with them again from the same location to the same destination the prices have drastically increased. Driver was late. Didn’t help my father with his bags, and took the longer route to the airport. Good thing we had TSA precheck. I was also emailed two prices and he charged me the more expensive of the two and tried to pretend he wasn’t sure what was going on. Then was angry about the tip because we tipped 15% and not 20%. Even though the only option was 20% and above. Will be using Über from now on. Only reason they have two stars is from how well they performed on the first ride. But unfortunately they have gone down hill.

Today was my first time using Seattle Town Car. They were on time and very friendly! The car was clean and well kept. I had a great experience, I would recommend them to anyone and I will be seeing this business again in the future!

Used these guys multiple times. They’ve been on-​time, professional, and had comfortable cars.

I’ve used this service from the cruise terminal to airport. The driver called me in the morning to confirm and told us to call him when we pick up our luggages.
I’ve got a quote reservation for $ 45. I gave him the credit card to swipe and he showed me the amount that he charged is $ 47 and he drove away. However I just saw my statement from this company is $ 57, so the driver gave himself an extra $ 10 tip.
This is very bothersome because he show a different price on the charge card that day and later on you got billed with different amount.
People…pay cash so you don’t have surprise bill.

Our driver Adam was right on time and text me when he got to the airport. He is very helpful, friendly and courteous!!! I enjoyed how I can have a conversation with him and ask for info on places to see without him getting bothered.
I will definitely be using Seattle Town Car next time I come to Seattle!!!

I still love this service as much as when I first started using them over a year ago!
After about 20 months of traveling weekly, my work situation has changed and I am going to be spending more time in Seattle. On some level, I am going to miss my weekly town car rides as Seattle Town Car made traveling much more enjoyable. When I was on the road so much, it was key for me to build up a network of reliable people to help support me with all the logistics and Seattle Town Car is a great ally to have on your side. Whether you use them to get to and from the airport for a vacation or regularly for business travel, you can be rest assured that you are getting great value and a reliable service.

Our driver, Adam, was great. I received his text when my plane landed, letting me know where he would pick us up.
He had a car seat installed for my daughter, as requested. It was the correct size. The only problem was that neither Adam nor I knew how to tighten the shoulder straps. It was only a minor issue.
I like that their online reservation system is easy to use. I paid for our ride when I reserved online, including tip.
Adam was enjoyable company during our ride. Definitely recommend this service.

We reserved Seattle Town Car for a ride from our cruise ship at Pier 66 to the airport. The driver was prompt and extremely courteous even though we were 15 minutes later than the scheduled pick up time.
This service was more affordable and faster than the cruise shuttle service. Dependable, affordable, pleasant what more could I ask for? I would definitely use them again.

I’ve used this service exclusively for years now. I travel frequently for work; after trying a bunch of town car services I settled on Seattle Town Car because they’re reasonably priced, always on time, helpful, and personable.

After a weekend working out in the Auburn area, I was stuck looking for a ride back to the airport to fly back home. Upon arrival I took a really bad towncar directly from the airport — seats felt like they were 50+ years old, so I knew I didn’t want to call that driver again. My hotel offered a recommendation of a cab company who appeared to be something that would leave me dead in the woods.
Thankfully I found Seattle Town Car, not only was I able to schedule a pick up online, I received an email roughly 3 minutes later confirming (and requesting a little earlier). 3:30 the next morning as I was coming down the elevator I received a call letting me know he was outside.
On Time, Great non-​forced chatter on the way, and arrived at a perfect time with an explanation of what part of the airport I was at. Next time I am out that way I will be using these guys for all my rides.
