The guys at Alpine did such an amazing job on my floors. I was removing carpet on my floors and stairs and adding laminate. I was told by a different company that my stairs were too complicated to do laminate and they suggested carpet which I did not want. Alpine approached it with a can do attitude and got it done the way I wanted. I would definitely recommend them for your flooring needs. The sales team and installers were both professional and very helpful.

I had a great experience working with Alpine, particularly with Chris. He was transparent, helpful and flexible. He worked with me on the price to stay in line with the landlord’s budget and he was extremely helpful with me taking samples to settle on my choice. Installation went pretty well with a few hiccups that Chris handled well. I would highly recommend this store for carpet and flooring.

Max is amazing! I had to match and repair carpet in a past rental before the final Walkthrough and he saved me! I looked all over LA to find a carpet store that could help me and no one could. Finally I got a referral from a competitor to go to Alpine One. I walked in and Max let me know he would be right with me. He finished up with his customer, without rushing her then offered his service to me. He took the time to help me match my existing carpet, digging through samples and finding the EXACT carpet. He also helped me get the order right on time even though it was a close deadline and a small order. He followed up with me and reassured me that everything would work out and it did! He saved me and my security deposit! I highly recommend Alpine One Carpet for their unbeatable customer service, selection and prices! Be sure to ask for Max, you will be extremely happy!!!

I needed to replace some flooring in my apartment. I walked in here and was greeted by a young man named Jani (i think that how his name is spelled) who was very helpful. I was highly impressed with his professionalism. He explained all the different types of carpets and helped me out in picking a beautiful carpet that fits my house perfectly. He even helped pick the color! Bottomline, the reason for the 5 star review is that it was such a painless process to pick a carpet, color, and still find something that doesn’t break the wallet! I will definitely be back here for any future carpet purchase. Great carpets, great people!

I was referred to Alpine by a friend, as I needed a small job done in my fixer-​upper. I love my place, but it had a very «1980’s feeling» linoleum foyer floor that my girlfriend and I couldn’t stand. Really impacted the feel of the unit, and we wanted to upgrade to a nice laminate hardwood look. It is only a 6 foot x 10 foot space, so I wasn’t sure if they would be very excited about the project. I was so so wrong. They treat every project with the same level of respect, and as a «small potatoes» customer, this made me feel so appreciated. I was so happy from start to finish. We went to the facility, picked out a few samples that we liked, and Jani came by to give us an estimate. He’s a straight-​shooter and to-​the-​point. We went through with a cherry laminate and couldn’t be happier.
Our next project is going to be to replace the old carpet in our hallways with a similar (if not the exact same) laminate, and have already talked to Jani. We are not ready for the install yet, and really appreciate that he did not push us to do it sooner than we are comfortable.
Really love the feeling of the company, and always try to give my business to well-​run, respectful family businesses. Alpine is just that, and they have my business for good. Keep it up team!

I really cannot say enough about my experience with Johannes and his staff! From start to finish it was a great experience. I stumbled upon this company on Veterans day and went into their showroom on Sepulveda. I met Johannes who was friendly and knowledgeable. Once I got keys to my new Condo, I asked him to come by for a estimate. He knew I had other companies I was considering too… he was direct, quick w/​no sales BS! After meeting w/​the other BIG Corporations, I decided a family business was the way to go! Johannes knew I was under a time crunch wanting to get floors installed before my furniture moved in and he delivered! He picked up all the material prior to the Thanksgiving Holiday and his guys worked in my place sat and sun! They exceeded my expectations. The floors turned out beautifully and the guys were so nice and professional! I HIGHLY recommend this company! I’m doing a lot of home renovations and it’s been stressful… this was a little sunshine in the midst of the storm!!!

This is simply not true. It’s not how it happened. They’ve responded as if I purchased the hardwood flooring from them and hired my own installer. In fact, they contacted their installer, who scheduled it and did the job without ever telling me what the price of the installation would be. (The installer took measurements, which presumably he gave to them so they’d know how much to order and how much to charge for the installation. The installer never mentioned price to me; Alpine called me to tell me the total cost of the job, and I authorized the credit card charge of the deposit they requested.) When the installer botched the job, I immediately called Alpine and talked to them about it. Later that day they charged my credit card without my verbal or written permission. Now they talk about an agreement, but it’s one they sent me only after the job had been botched and they’d charged me for it without my permission. I never saw it or signed it when I ordered the new flooring. Their latest statement: «We do have all our customers sign that agreement when they place the order. There is a specific line item on the contract, which you agreed on as well. …therefore a charge for the balnce was made as per signed agreement.» There was never a signed agreement. They charged me according to the terms of an agreement I’d never even seen! That’s why I can’t recommend Alpine.

Wow, what a great experience I had using Alpine Carpet One. The salesman Jani was very informative and professional. We ended up getting carpet and vinyl in our home and cannot be more pleased with the result. Installers were efficient and professional. I can’t say how impressed I am with Alpine Carpet One. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a no hassle flooring experience!

We had Alpine install laminate floors and carpet. They arrived earlier than their scheduled time (when was the last time you had workers arrive early!?) and they completed the job quickly and efficiently. I came to Alpine to find an area rug, or perhaps get a remnant made into an area rug. I found a large remnant and was able to get the sides stitched up to create a huge area rug that was custom fit to the area I needed. Max gave me a fair price and when it was delivered, it was exactly what I wanted and needed. I will recommend Alpine to anyone who needs a custom area rug made at an affordable price and good quality.

Was looking for carpet made from a recycled/​renewable source. Hadn’t had much luck at a few other showrooms I visited… nor got far trying to educate myself online and then find a local, see it in person, place! I walked in to Alpine and was instantly under the guidance of an expert! Lucky me, got the owner… super cool guy named Johannes… who didn’t just try to Yeah, Yeah me on wanting to go green… what a relief!!! Actually got a remnant… so, got a great carpet at an excellent price! The installers Pete & George were fast, friendly, & did a great job… Yay!!!

There’s a reason Alpine has been so popular for so long in the Culver City area — I have used them twice in the past ten years! Everyone there is pleasant to work with, on the recent job (kitchen and bath vinyl) I was assisted by Max, who was both friendly and professional. Though the finish work was a little uneven, it was eventually spiffed up a bit. The vinyl was beautifully laid and the improvement is a joy to behold. Ask for Max!

Max, the sales person, was super helpful and informed us about the different protections offered if you have pets. He also showed us many options. We haven’t bought it yet as the sample being sent so we can see if we like the pattern and color but I recommend Alpine One Carpet. I like their style.

We had a great experience with Alpine Carpet One. Johannes was very helpful and patient during the decision making process. When Johannes wasn’t in the office, Skip was there to step in and was equally as helpful. On the day of installation, the installers arrived earlier than expected (which was a really nice surprise). They were very professional, fast and offered tips on how to care for our new carpet. We live in a tri-​level home with lots of heavy furniture… the 3 men finished the job in approximately 9 — 10 hours. I would definitely recommend Alpine Carpet One.
