Business Owner

Before acquiring his California Real Estate License, Tim owned and operated A-​1 Autoglass from 2000 to 2011, a small business which he started in his home and expanded to specialize in residential and commercial glass with 5 employees and a retail location in Pleasant Hill, California. Over the years he used his profit from A-​1 auto glass to invest in few residential properties and a mortgage business in Modesto, California. After selling A-​1 auto glass, Tim decided to pursue a career in Real Estate with Coldwell Banker .

Tim graduated from Kennedy High School in Fremont, California in 1991. Attended Ohlone Junior college in Fremont, California. In 1996 he decided to go to ITT tech and received an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Drafting and Design Technology.

Tim has resided in the Bay area since 1988 and absolutely loves it. Living and growing up in the bay area and while operating A-​1 auto glass, he has become familiar with most of the neighborhoods in the Bay Area.
