I am Fast, Friendly, Accurate, and Honest… I sign all types of Loans documents, specializing in Reverse Mortgages, Conventional, VA and FHA and HELOC loans, Advance Health Care Directives, Durable Power’s of Attorneys or what ever your Notary needs are.

I currently hold a $ 100,000 Error and Omissions insurance policy and a $ 15,000 bond. I hold a certificate from NNA for a signing agent and passed their DOJ background check

History

Established in 2010.

I started Nichols Notary because my mother became ill. I moved her in with me and couldn’t work a full time job because of her demanding schedule. I had to find someway to earn an income that would work around her schedule. I was a lender and I had always been a Notary. I put my knowledge and skills together and built Nichols Notary from the ground up.
