Had a scratch on my spoiler that needed repair. I was on a tight timeline and they didn’t have room for my car at the time, but Liisa worked with me to make sure it got done. Quote was accurate, prices were great, service was awesome. Strongly recommend BodyWorks Collision.

Liisa Thomas and her team are amazing! She was right on top of EVERYTHING and even allowed me to call her personal cell phone if I needed anything. She is trustworthy, compassionate and knowledgeable about insurance laws and regulations. She stuck up for me with the insurance company and put the fire under them to get it done. She really cared and wanted us to have our car back pre-​accident (which she kept her promise). We have been happy with the work that was done and will recommend BodyWorks collision to anyone who has been in an accident.

While I would never hope a to have another accident, I would definitely bring my car back here. I had to replace my passenger side mirror and after doing some research and calling around, I chose BodyWorks.
The owner Lisa was great. I can’t stress that enough. Honest, trustworthy and reliable. She ordered my parts and my car was in the shop in 3 days. Unfortunately the factory sent the wrong part. Which wasn’t discovered until the technician was an hour into the process. Lisa apologized and didn’t charge me for the time and work already done.
It was a great experience despite the annoyance of being in an accident. Take your car here. You will not regret it.

Brought my truck in to get the hood latch fixed. Lisa saw it was a simple issue, spent ten minutes looking for a clip, modify one, snapped it on and told me to have a great day — no charge! She later texted me the exact part I needed to get from dealership. What a nice person! I’ll come back if I need any real body work and would recommend her to anyone!

I brought my 2009 Altima Coupe in a couple months ago to get my back bumper fixed. Liisa was very nice and professional when she was looking over the damage. When she gave me the estimate, I thought it was very affordable (although the person who hit me was paying). I had gotten other estimates at other places but I felt like they wanted to jack the price up knowing that I wasn’t going to pay for the damage, but that the person at fault was. Anyway, it only took 3 days for them to pop the dent out, resurface it, and paint it. When I went to pick up my car, it looked like brand new and they even washed and cleaned the inside! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs body work done to their vehicles.

I was recommended this shop through a friend and since it was close to my house i thought it would be more convienent. For the body parts i needed painted the price seemed reasonable. However problems arose after they began the work. First i was told it would take about a week. Ended up taking about 3 weeks after making multiple trips to their shops. First i was told the work was complete only to arrive at the shop and find they somehow didnt paint half of my parts. Waited another week and came back to pick up my parts only to find some of the parts were not done correctly, lots of runs in the paint and not painting all the way to the edge. I pointed this out and they agreed to fix it. So now another week rolls by and the job is finally done. Great. Well not so. About a month later my carbon fiber pieces that were painted have holes or pits in the paint job. Took it back and they explained to me that the carbon fiber sucks up the paint unless its preped properly. Maybe you should have told me that in the beginning, or done the job right to begin with the first time. They did offer to repaint the carbon again but at this point im tired of dealing with it. They need better QA and do the job right the first time, since they explained the problem to me they obviously showed that they know how to do it. I guess they were just lazy that day.

What a nice surprise to pick up your car from the body shop and find that not only has it been repaired, but also fully detailed. It was washed, vacuumed; every nook and cranny was cleaned! The car has not been that clean since we first purchased it. The new paint job done by Body Works was as shiny as it was when we first purchased the car.
I’d also like to commend the shop’s owner, Liisa. She is very easy to talk to and goes out of her way to provide excellent work at a very affordable price.
After I picked up my car and returned home, I realized that the ‘low coolant’ light had come on. Instead of having me come back in or add coolant myself, Liisa actually came out to me and added coolant for me! And BodyWorks is 8 miles from where I live! Talk about going above and beyond to serve a customer!

My truck got smashed on both side doors of my truck in a parking lot. I brought my truck in for repairs, they worked with my insurance, had very GOOD customer service and the work came out PHENOMENAL! They also gave me a lifetime warranty on the work they did. If you have an insurance claim like I did or need any auto body work done to your vehicle bring it here! I HIGHLY recommend this company.

My wife had a broken taillight and I went to Body Works Collision to have it fixed. It was awesome that the owner came out to look at it and spoke to me directly about the cost and process for fixing the taillight on my wife’s PT Cruiser. She gave me a great deal and was very professional, I was in and outa there within an hour! Great Auto body shop, highly recommended!
