History

Established in 2008.

Fred Leiva, the President of F&G Handyman Maintenance and Janitorial Services Inc. noticed that sometimes there were projects that didn’t require the full attention of a general contractor. He responded by opening F&G Handyman Maintenance and Janitorial Services.

Cost and efficiency are a priority for our customers and that’s what Lillian will deliver when you call our offices and set up an appointment for a Handyman Service or Property survey for a janitorial contract. Lillian also oversees many of the properties managed and you’ll catch her inspecting one of many on any given day.
