Wow What a joke of a company. They are very unreliable for responsibility for their work. They will blame others before they accept their own mistakes. I would not ever recommend this company

I was referred to PLD by Don’s Pool Repair to find a leak in my pool with strict instructions not to use anyone else. Don couldn’t have been more spot on. They were great. There was originally a 3 week wait for an appointment, but the lovely gal working the phones put me on their cancellation wait list. Sure enough, a cancellation came up about a week later. A tech named Bill Cook came right at the tail end of his 1 hour arrival window and found two leaks after spending about 2 hours inspecting every inch of the pool and the plumbing. He was clearly extremely knowledgeable and talented at his craft, and happy to explain his process and findings to me in detail. He was well dressed, well groomed and very polite. The charge of $ 425 was a flat rate and pre-​quoted before the service. I couldn’t be happier.

I hired another major leak company and for nearly $ 500 they did not locate the source of my pool leak. That other company charges by the hour, so open checkbook is always uncomfortable. So I hired Precision and 1) setting the appt was easy, 2) they showed up early and 3) they don’t charge by the hour; staying until the leak is found. They also actually get in the pool with scuba gear (which is how the leak was found). The other company did not do that. Lastly, they were slightly less than the first. Highly recommend this service.

Great company to work with! We were especially fortunate to work with Ron. Ron spent a lot of time looking for the leak in our pool. He was extremely thorough and finally found the leak in a very unexpected location. He gave us multiple options for the repair and a very fair price for them to complete one of the options for us. We appreciated Ron’s attention to detail and his knowledge of pools. We would definitely work with this company again.

Well, I thought I would give them a 4 or 5 because they found a leak but they totally did the bait and switch. I was told they would come back out and re-​test after the work was done to make sure there weren’t more leaks. Well, we knew there was a secondary leak within minutes of fixing the first because our drain lines were flooding again. Called them, they said yes they’d come back out (in 3 weeks). Day before they called to confirm appt. and say it would actually be a $ 250 charge. What on Earth? So by now our yard is dead. Such poor customer service. The tech that came out originally didn’t even walk the property to see if he heard more leaking, made the comment twice that I was his last call for the day and then he had 5 days off, he was hurrying to be done. So frustrating, good chance he could’ve found the other leak that day (it too must be a large leak due to how much water is running off).
I would recommend using a different company unless you’re ready for inconsistencies and having to pay an additional fee for each time.

This was a very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous company to deal with. When they found out that the owner, Kevin was called away for a few days on jury duty they telephoned me and rescheduled immediately so my leak could be taken care of sooner rather than later. Kevin worked overtime to make sure no one had to wait until the next week. The office also assured me they absolutely would find the leak– no question. They charge a flat rate like all the other companies but it was by far the most reasonable at $ 335 for a large property. And yes, within an hour + they had the leak isolated. I would highly recommend this company.

Very professional and knowledgeable receptionist when I called. I was originally scheduled two weeks out but they called and someone cancelled. Ron came out and spent over four hours going over my pool. I am absolutely positive that every tiny crack was found. Highly recommended.

We called these guys last minute on a Friday afternoon when others said no way and these guys said no problem. They showed up in no time and were very friendly and professional. They found our leak by our barn and in no time had it fixed. Pedro and Kevin were a pleasure to deal with and their prices were fair. I have used other plumbers but now will only use PLD !

I have used several leak detection companies in the past and found them all to be lacking. Recently, I used Precision Leak Detection and they were fantastic! They located the leak and advised how to correct the problem. Call them any time you suspect a leak.
