At Azari Property Management, our philosophy is to make customer service a top priority, both for the property owner and the tenant, and vision is to make property management easy and peace of mind for our investors.

We understand that each property is unique, and as a small company, we have the flexibility to tailor our services to our client’s individual/​particular needs and investment goals.

One reason I started The Azari Group was because I was dissatisfied with the property managers I had hired. As a property investor, I know the importance of good management, so I have assembled and trained a team that makes customer service a top priority and includes 247 availability, in-​house maintenance services, property inspections, frequent communication with both owners and tenants — free of charge. I also have experience with homeowner associations, as a condominium owner and HOA Board Member and Officer, and we can provide these services as well.

We designed our comprehensive services with the small investor in mind. Some of our clients have one investment property — others have dozens. Established in 2005.

Owner of Azari Property Management, Manzar Azari, started the company because she was dissatisfied with the property managers she had to hire. As a property investor, Manzar know the importance of good property management, therefore she assembled and trained a team that makes customer service their top priority and are dedicated to increasing the cash flow and appreciation value of your real estate investment, with inclusive benefits such as 247 availability. Manzar designed comprehensive services with the all types of investor in mind. Manzar has years of experience as a financial executive and advanced education (MBA) give me the experience and knowledge to deliver services that meet the needs of both landlords and tenants. Manzars clients especially appreciate her negotiation skills, which help maximize their investment income by getting the best price or highest rent.

Originally from Southern Iran, Manzar moved to Southern California in 1974 and has been a San Francisco/​Bay Area resident since 1993. She started buying real estate in her twenties and has become a successful real estate investor. With properties in a number of locations, worldwide, Manzar experienced many different property management services.

Manzar has the experience with investment decisions to help clients identify the best solution for their property, with over twenty years’ experience in real estate, human resources, sales and marketing, and finance as a successful financial executive for many corporations.

Manzar is a member of The Professional Property Management Association of San Francisco (PPMA), 2009 elected Treasurer of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, San Mateo Association of Realtors, San Francisco Association of Realtors and the San Diego Association of Realtors.
