We do chemical only service up to full service, skim top of pool and net out any leafs etc, brush steps and walls, empty skimmer basket, pump basket, and pool sweep bag, water chemistry test, chemicals included, check pool equipment, service filter when needed.

–Filter installations, cleaning, cartridge replacement (s).

Jermain became self-​employed in 2007. His first start up business was a mobile auto detailing business know as «At Your Door Auto Wash «, offering car washes and detailing at the comfort of your home or place of business. As time, knowledge, experience and clientele grew, he moved into more services to offer, such as, pool service, landscape maintenance & projects, around the the house to do list & repairs, which then changed the business name to «At Your Door Services».

As a property manager I am constantly utilizing multiple services to address issues for our tenants while trying to mediate the expense to our clients. Since I’ve begun working in this field I can honestly say that Jermaine is one of the most professional people I have had the pleasure of working with. Just recently we had an issue with a spa that would turn on intermittently. Another company was assigned by the home warranty to diagnose the issue and they came to the conclusion that the entire motherboard on the control panel would need to be replaced for about $ 1,800. I sent Jermaine out for a second opinion who simply found that the spa was on a schedule which was causing it to come on by itself. He was able to clear the issue and EVEN WAIVED his service call fee. Thank you Jermaine for all your help and I’m looking forward to working with you in the future.

Our polaris booster pump hose came loose yesterday when we weren’t home and the neighbor found it leaking and turned it off. This morning I looked for a repair person and based on the prior Unilocal reviews called Jermain. He said he could get out there this am as we found out he was working in the area today. Called him at 8:05 and he was there by 9:25. My wife was home and she said he was super nice and very professional. He repaired the hose and suggested if it comes loose again to use a washing machine hose. Will have him back soon as I have a frog chlorine that is leaking and need it taken out or replaced with a new one. Thanks Jermain for getting this done asap.

My pool filter was showing no pressure on the gauge and water was not circulating pool appropriately. I called my pool guys, they cleaned the filter and then te me there is probably a crack in the Line going to the pool. They estimated it would cost me upwards of 2500 to fix. I wanted a second opinion and called around to 6 different places and Germaine and team were the only ones that responded. They came over reviewed a couple items and then determined it was the impeller. They cleaned the impeller and now the pool works fine. I fired my old pool people and now I will only use Germaine and team.

Jermaine did a great job for me. He was quick to return calls, visit my pool and perform the needed repair to my heater. He diagnosed the problem and identified the needed part, picked it up later that day and installed it the next! It is such a pleasure to work with someone who is responsive and knowledgeable. I have been servicing my own pool for 17 years and now I have decided to relieve myself of the headache and hire a pool service! I called Jermaine on a Friday and he hoped to get to it that day but I told him not to worry, Monday was fine! I forgot all about it and first thing Monday he called to let me know he was on his way! That’s service at its best!
My pool was about as green as they come from the winter! It was no small task — I know because I had been doing it for years! Jermaine started the job Monday and is taking care of everything! For the first time I will be able to just walk out and enjoy my pool without the hassle! I’m so excited for summer to get here!
The best part of his service is that he does repairs and cleans the filters! I can’t say enough about his service! I am glad I found such a great service locally!

Oh that’s weird… After a year of paying for pool service with a local «good Unilocal review company» OUR POOL IS FINALLY CLEAN. We even bought a specific vacuum that the prior company recommended, and living with «season specific issues» as to why our pool was never pretty and clean. I was sick of it. Definitely grew up with a pool, in a different climate, so maybe our pool issues were excusable being unfamiliar with this area. Nope nope nope. We are so grateful for Jermaine. He’s attentive, honest, and has a sense of urgency for making it right. We were hosting a party in the middle of our transition between pool service companies and he came on a day that wasn’t called for just to make sure everything was inline and acceptable for our guests. Can not say enough good things about our switch to Jermaine to take care of our pool. It finally makes sense to pay for pool service.

Not only did Jermain return my call and show up as promised the same day, he quickly evaluated our greenish pool and made it sparkly clean again. All within 45 minutes. A clean sweep plus adding the necessary chlorine made it usable and enjoyable the same day.

I had the honor of helping Jermain buy his first home many years ago and got to know him then. During that transaction, he demonstrated his strong work ethic & personal integrity.
When I recently needed an evaluation of a pool sweep problem, he came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. I appreciate Jermain’s knowledge about the various systems of my pool and maintenance suggestions he made.
