As you can imagine, I watch a lot of HGTV, especially the design and repair shows. I also love The Biggest Loser and every dance show out there, particularly So You Think You Can Dance. I treasure time with friends and family and in my spare time, I aim to cross things off my List of Things To Do in Life, like learning to surf.

I love, love, love food, music and the arts. I also like learning about finance and investing. I’m a big fan of Dave Ramsey and Clark Howard. I try to empower people to be happy and to pass it on.

Xuan was amazing with my fiancé and I. She has worked with him three times now (selling his home, renting an apartment, and now renting a home). She was very pro-​active in helping us make sure we were ready for each step to make us the best possible option as renters. She answered each email promptly and was patient as we got anxious about the rental process in a town that is tough! I would highly recommend her for buying or renting. We are so excited to be moving into a rental house next weekend!

Xuan was great with our needs, even if t was just a rental house. She was clear about what we needed to do to be the ones chosen when we found one to apply for. We found an awesome house, better than we thought we would find in this market, and we applied and had it. We trusted her strategy, and we were rewarded. We were even able to stay in our low budget, so we could save for the future. A+ treatment and highly recommended.

The first time we met with Xuan, what should have been a short meet-​and-​greet consultation ended up being a 3 hour long chat on a Friday night — and that’s all it took for me to be obsessed!
We came from using Redfin’s agents to Xuan, and I have to say that the level of service couldn’t have been more different. Right from day one with Xuan, we already had a better and more comprehensive view of what the entire process from start to finish should look like. I am quite a picky customer, and she was top notch with her communication and explanations every step of the way.
Sadly, we were able to find a house with her SO quickly (in the dream neighborhood that I’d written off as unaffordable, no less!) that our relationship did not get to last as long as I would’ve liked. We spent 3 months and 4 offers with Redfin, but with Xuan we got our first accepted offer in less than a week. But, the house we found was worth the trade off.
Xuan is a skilled negotiator, and we were happy to find that her analysis jived with our own in every case. She joined us on closing day and made sure to ask any questions we hadn’t. She even brought us a wonderful basket to celebrate our closing. Since closing, she has remained communicative and responsive to my questions and has provided us with many recommendations on contractors.
Xuan comes with my highest recommendation!

Xuan Le Redding is an amazing realtor! My husband and I are so thrilled with the purchase and sale of our home.
We met Xuan randomly in an open house and immediately fired our previous realtor. When we left that day we felt like we had known her for years, and we trusted her guidance and recommendations. She found us the perfect first home that met all of our needs and wants in a great location, that was also a fantastic investment opportunity.
After living there for a few years we had to move across the country pretty quickly for a job my husband couldn’t pass up. Xuan took the time to explain our options and her recommendations on how to sell the house quickly and still get the highest sales price we could, which is exactly what happened. Her predictions on the ROI were spot on as well.
Xuan can articulate exactly what you should (or shouldn’t) do at every stage in your buying or selling process. She takes the time to explain your options and reasoning behind them, she knows exactly how to navigate the Austin market and on top of that, she is a wonderful person. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in the Austin area.

I fired my last realtor once I met Swan, and here’s why:
My experience with Swan is the purchase and sale of a home, sale of the same and her assisting multiple coworkers in the purchase of a home.
Our first conversation with Swan was refreshing after all of the other realtors we’d gone through. She was incredibly intelligent and wanted to discuss market conditions and ROI with myself, yet loved talking needs (and of course wants), colors and the softer side of home buying with my wife. Through all of our requests, Swan was able to fine home which were great investment opportunities for me yet still met all of my wife’s wants. We purchased a home with her in December of 2012 and couldn’t have been happier with our time there.
Fast forward three years, Swan has now helped two of my coworkers purchase home and we are now selling the same house she helped us purchase. A new position required us to quickly move across the country. Swan took this into account and priced the home slightly aggressively to ensure we had multiple offers which would allow us to avoid a plethora of negotiations and exhausted time as she knew we’d be busy with the move. It worked perfectly and we had 7 aggressive offers within 36 hrs. That example shows both Swan’s technical knowledge of how to maneuver the market with her strategy as well as her thoughtfulness of my wife and I given our situation. Through out the contract period, Swan’s realtor skills shined as she handled everything given we were across the country and detached at times. The home closed yesterday and, thanks to Swan, her intuition that our property would be a great investment was spot on… the numbers don’t lie!
Don’t look any further, if you need the best realtor in Austin you just found her. Many realtors can find you the house of your dreams. Swan can find all of that in an investment you can be sure of.

This is my first time buying a house in my life, and I feel so lucky that I’ve had Xuan help me!!!
I knew nothing about the buying process before I met with Xuan. She was sooooo patient and professional! During the entire process, Xuan always did everything as quickly as I could imagine and explained my questions very detailed. She knew exactly all the strong/​weak points of the houses and could always make great recommendations. My buying process couldn’t go so smoothly without Xuan!

No one understands the market better than Xuan Le Redding.
No one can articulate more clearly what you need to do to get your house sold than Xuan Le Redding, and she receives my highest endorsement because she absolutely earned it!
After initially working with another realtor (to no avail) to try and sell our house we approached Xuan to step in and take over the sales process. Xuan very quickly assessed our home’s strong and weak points, recommended alterations that would attract buyers and save money, and gave us a comprehensive overview of our neighborhood’s market with trending points, justifications, and a recommended price range for listing our home. Through it all Xuan was thoroughly credible, took time to understand our needs, and demonstrated a genuine desire to protect our bottom line and get us the highest sales price in the shortest time on market.
Xuan was highly generous with her time and knowledge and is connected to a deeply talented team of professionals that added expertly to the process in aspects such as staging, financing, and marketing.

Xuan is pretty amazing and I could not be happier with my experience with Xuan :)
I would highly recommend her to anyone! As a first-​time home buyer I was expecting a frustrating experience, and Xuan made everything smooth and simple and turned it into an enjoyable experience. She is very organized and extremely knowledgeable and was able to clear things up when the seller’s agent was being a bit sloppy or when the title company was not responding to my emails. Xuan attended the home inspection with me and was able to walk me through the report and recommend what things were important for my safety and my lifestyle.
I always felt that Xuan was really there for me and my needs. She took the time to get to know me and understand my situation. She helped me get a great deal and negotiate a repair credit that I didn’t think I could get. She was also really great at handling some lease issues with the current tenant.

Xuan is the best. I’d been renting for about 9 years and was content with my low maintenance life until my job changed to working from home and I needed an office. Time to buy a house! I went from knowing nothing to being smack in the middle of one of the biggest decisions of my life and Xuan was amazing every step of the way. I knew I could count on her in the moments that logic and reason were fleeing from my thought processes because I was excited or overwhelmed. She was so good at «Ok…I know you like that… but don’t forget about this.» She gave me all the space I needed to think and make my own decisions but ponied up answers to my «what would you do» questions if I insisted :) She’s also SO good at making confusing situations understandable, saying «ok…here’s what that means…». I told her my dream was 78 704 and don’t you know I’m writing this review from my dining room in 04! I’ve even had to contact her twice since the closing for some stuff that’s come up regarding the previous owners. She still goes out of her way to help me and we closed in November. I would recommend Xuan to anyone in my family and have already done so to several friends. There’s not a single thing I would change about Xuan and will definitely go back to her myself when I’ve outgrown my little palace.

This review is long overdue. It is been just over a year since we bought the house. We worked with Swan on two occasions one for rental house and the other for purchasing our first home. Right after my husband and I got married, we wanted to rent for a year before we jump into buying a house. Swan made a list of our preferences and showed us three houses in a single day which were very close to our preferences and we were able to close the deal the same day. After about 10 months of renting, we went back to Swan to discuss purchase of our first home. We wanted to stay in Austin limits, especially in the North West area and not venture into the suburbs. We were pretty stringent with our preferences as well. We were looking for ranch style home which is a move-​in ready shape, with state of the art kitchen to name few of our requirements. Swan was phenomenal in trying to find the right house for us. In fact, the house that she found, already had an offer, but as luck would have had it, we eventually got the house. She is highly personable and a good listener. I highly recommend her.

Xuan is truly fantastic. My wife and I recently purchased our first home together and were referred to Xuan by a friend. Her priorities throughout the entire process were to ensure that we were satisfied and made educated, confident decisions. Xuan has been amazing! I only worked with one previous realtor for a few weeks before her but once she and I started talking I knew she ROCKED! She wanted to sit down and talk about me and my wants and needs and make sure that she knew what it was exactly that I was looking for and how she could help and educate me on the home buying business.
So far so good she was never pushy to get me into a house if anything she continue to make sure that I had looked at all of my options before making a decision.
