Adam showed up the morning after the incident (they offered to come the same night, but mentioned it didn’t sound urgent enough to incur the additional after-​hours charge — thank you!) and was friendly and efficient. He assessed the damage with some very cool tech I had no idea existed. The water damage spread further than I could have known (as it will do) and he suggested a plan of action, which consisted of: running 2 de-​humidifiers and several industrial grade fans for several days to combat the moisture. Adam came by a few times in that window to check the fans, the humidity levels, and the moisture levels in the carpet and walls. Adam was extremely helpful and went out of his way to move the washer and dryer out of the way, removing and reattaching baseboard and carpet as needed, and giving us tips to combat future potential for water damage. Hopefully you don’t find yourself in need if their services, but if you do, I’d highly recommend calling them.

Two weeks ago I noticed when I drove into my garage in Edmonds, that water was dripping from my ceiling in my garage! I had never had this issue before anywhere I’ve ever lived in any house or condo. Well I talked with one of my neighbors, Chris Gross who told me he had a similar problem and he called ²⁴⁄₇ Flood Response and that is just what I did after he left. So Ben came at approx 9 – 10 pm that same night and it was a Sunday night. He used his meter which measures moisture and found an area that was moist right around the pipe that goes into the ceiling in the garage.
We at Willow Crest Condos have 9 units and all were built in 2001 approx. and all were built with the same materials and systems. The one I am speaking of here is called Kitec which has had a terrible reputation. In fact there was a class action suit against Kitec in the recent past. Unfortuntately, our condo complex found out too late to join the suit.
Anyway, Ben came that night and cut a hole in my ceiling and found the leak. He turned off the water and cleaned up the mess he had made while cutting through the sheet rock. I commend Ben and Dereck for coming when they said they would that night and not charging me an arm and a leg for doing so. They are quite reasonable people and an honest business. After Ben finished his job, he told me to call his boss first thing in the morning to get references for plumbers to come in and fix the problem. I did that and the problem was fixed the next day by another plumbing business.

My 72 year old mother lives on the bottom floor of a 4 story condo complex. She had just moved in 3 months earlier. Suddenly the stack for brown water that all the kitchens use above her backed up and flooded her kitchen. My mom told me later about the really nice guys from 24/​7who helped her get everything packed up, ripped out, then dried the walls out with big fans and dehumidifiers and how great the company was. Yes, they should be. Simple problem…
BUT WAIT! It gets better. In the same unit, with that kitchen still not replaced, only 6 weeks later, a water main happens to spring a leak right under her floor. It’s bubbling up through a closet. The HOA calls another vendor who fumbles their way through and sets up a couple fans and leaves. THEY leave! with water still coming in. The plumber suggests ²⁴⁄₇ instead and the same person from the kitchen crew arrives — dismayed to be coming back to the same place. He actually hugged my mom «I was hoping it wasn’t you!» While the myriad of people are trying to figure out where the leak is coming from, the neighbors upstairs clog their toilet and it comes through the ceiling light fixtures in my moms unit. ²⁴⁄₇ immediately gets to work on isolating the situations. What are the chances — 3 incidents in 6 weeks. All with different levels of difficulty and damage.
There isn’t enough space for me to convey how amazingly responsive (on weekends and late at night!) ²⁴⁄₇ has been. They have advocated for a retired single woman with her insurance company, her homeowners association, the plumbers — anyone involved. They return my calls when I have questions to help my mom. They made sure her antique furniture did not get damaged and got it in storage within 24 hours (oh and Ryan who was leading the crew had his 8 yr old’s birthday that day but still came by that weekend afternoon to make sure things were on track). There is strong follow through with this company. We’ve interacted with 4 different employees in person and they have all been polite and hard working. But most of all, they are respectful, responsive and empathetic, which goes a long way in a crisis.
Here is the topper for us: In packing up her entire condo that night, her passport was boxed up with her desk items. Now she needs it quickly. We called Ryan last week and said «can you get us into the storage unit to look for the passport». Ryan and another employee (Junior) met us at the storage unit, on a Sunday, and spent an hour moving and opening boxes and furniture to find the passport. Without a charge to anyone. Just because they felt it was the right thing to do to help my mom. That’s the extra mile. I really hope I never need to use them, as it’s not good news when they have to come, BUT if we ever need flood help again, they are my first call!

We live on the bottom floor of a three story condo complex. Our upstairs neighbor had a washing machine leak that ended up flooding our hallway, bedrooms, and created damp walls. ²⁴⁄₇ Flood Response was there quickly with fans in hand to dry out the floors and walls. But that’s not even why I’m writing this review. If you have ever gone through any sorting of ‘flooding’ you know it’s a very nerve wracking experience. Our technician Ben was in constant communication with us letting us know the status of where things stood. He was so easy to get a hold of via call and text. He even came to our home on a Sunday night to check in on things. I can’t say enough good things working with Ben. And not to mention he was extremely professional and polite.
