Mr. Cazares has been involved in the cleaning and restoration industry since 1986.

George is an IICRC Master Cleaner and Master Restoration Technician. He has been approved by the IICRC to teach the subjects of Water Damage Restoration Technician, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation, Odor Control, Color Repair Technician, Carpet Cleaning, Commercial Maintenance Technician and Upholstery & Fabric Technician.

George’s varied experience gives him extensive knowledge and hands-​on techniques that relate to the every day operations of a cleaning and restoration company. George also served as a technical trainer and operations manager for a large multi-​truck, multi-​state operation for 10 years in the Northwest and Southern California.
